1966 US H.P.I Military Whistle Cork Ball Army Green Plastic Collectable WORKS

1966 Military whistle. Some scrapes on the mouth area and a little blemish here or there. I believe this was army, it was my father in laws. Wooden ball or cork? inside that looks pretty good still! WORKS! Non smoking home.
