Better than Ambien, and fun!
These gummies are the best, I have never slept better. My husband and I both take them and have for about 5 years now. I take two every night about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed. I start to feel drowsy about 20 minutes after I take them and by the time I go to bed, I’m out in a few minutes. I will say that it’s not always a sure thing and if I have had an extra stressful day at work, sometimes the gummies won’t work. But most of the time they do. Every time I order the 3 pack,I get a pair of really soft socks. I don’t need anymore of them so I usually donate them to a nearby Goodwill.

Doesn’t work
Sleeping pills aren't supposed to be "addictive," but I've been unable to sleep without a prescription for the past five years. The thought of going off caused a lot of anxiety. I decided to give these gummies a try. It took a week, but I'm sleeping through the night. They taste taste good, and it's a natural sleep (probably not as deep as with a drug—I slept through a fire alarm once, which isn't a good thing). As other shoppers have noted, my gummies arrived looking brown, not purple, but they tasted and worked fine.

Never slept better!
I agree with other customers that these gummies were pale, like lavender color, taste kinda sour- not intolerable. The texture and consistency are quite pleasant. When you realize they are actuality a supplement, why should they be effective and delicious?Theyy are hardly terrible. If you make a regular routine of taking them they are very effective for sleep.Probably took me less than a week.

Finally off the prescription drug
They taste amazing and they help knock me out for two or three hours at a time without any hangover or residual tiredness.

Surprising helpful.
I almost returned because of the discoloration. However, I remembered this happened to some of the reviewers I had read. And, I do live in a hot climate, so that could account for the discoloration. Bottom line: I tried it & they certainly worked! In fact, I found out I only need 1 gummie, instead of the recommended 2. Which blew my mind because I’m no stranger to sleep aids and pain meds. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s worth a shot. (Quick pic of the discoloration)
