But  because of differences in manufacturing the Make, such as the Model and  the Year, your specific vehicle may be incompatible with one of our  universal items.

Concerning  feedback on our items, the Feedback Forum does not provide our team  with updates, notices, alerts, or other information that we could use to  address questions, or returns in a timely fashion.

We  would be happy to address any of the concerns about our inventory with a  message to our email address. There, we can provide measurements,  images, and other information that may not be included in the default listing to assist with determining compatibility. This will also guarantee that issues are handled swiftly and correctly, usually within the next business day.

Shipping:

Free shipping is for the  Continental US only! HI, AK  GU, VI & PR Shipping is extra. Please  provide a physical address to ship to. We can only send small items  under 15oz to a PO Box.  We ship most orders that are placed by 3:00 pm  CST the same day. This means most of our orders will be received by the  customer within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Out of stock and  special ordered items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer.  (Special orders will take additional time to expedite and for customers  to receive.) Most products are shipped via FedEx Ground or Smartpost.  Products that are too large will be shipped FedEx ground. Customers will be contacted for verification and  authorization. Orders with multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations. This will result in some items being received by customers at  different times. Rush Shipments: Rush shipments are available at  customer expense. We will ship out next day or second day air any  product that FedEx is able to ship in that manner. Damaged Product: If  your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper  (FedEx) with-in 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you must  file a damage claim with them. Lost Product: If a product is lost  during shipping, we will contact the shipper and have it traced. If the  shipper deems the packages to be lost, we will send out a replacement of  the same item.
