Cheap junk but they will hold something in place temporarily. Will not last.
Not made for mountain climbing but for all those little projects where an item needs to be portable, these work great. I use them in dozens of different ways and that's just for camping. I've not had an issue with this brand but for those items I don't want accidentally falling off, I do tape the clip closed, these carbiners are, after all, lightweight. I'd buy them again...if I ever run out, lol.

Good for a bulk deal of cheapos
These are good for the price. Always get a few that have a broken spring but they always send a few extra in the bag to cover the possible ones broke. Wish that these came in certain colors as each time the mixed bags have had mixed numbers on what you get. I contacted the vendor and they don’t do individual colors and I think that’s a miss on their part - at least from me because I would order more for the pink, purple, and blue.

I finally have enough carbiners!
The local history center recently installed archival storage racks for the art collection. The racks are a rigid wire grid. These clips provide a secure attachment for paintings with wires on the back--use two carabiners per painting. With over 100 paintings, the cost of these carabiners was just right. The use of carabiners was suggested by the representative from Southwest Solutions, the folks who installed our storage.

Good for price
I buy these for crafting, so they are fine for that. However I did not get any that were just a plain silver, I got what looks possibly a charcoal color. It is tough to say if it is black that is fully not black or if they are meant to be silver. Also the the colors are very lopsided, I got 20 black and only 3 pink and two shades of purple. Some seem more a matte finish others are shiny. I only got 97, counted 3 times to be sure. I would consider buying again, but would possibly look for a more accurate purchase.
