In 1901, unhappy with the National Glass Combine (of which the Northwood Co. was a part), bought the old Hobbs, Brockunier plant in Wheeling, WV, to again be an independent producer. He leased the old Indiana, PA plant to his cousin Thomas Dugan, and it became the Dugan Glass Company. Northwood put a trademark on perhaps 50% of its Carnival Glass so learn the patterns, or you will pass over many wonderful pieces that aren't "signed"! Contact Us QUESTIONS? PROBLEMS?
