I definitely am 100% satisfied with Syrtenty 2" Square TENS Unit Electrodes 2x2 -... Actually even more than satisfied, because they were the exact same as I had hoped they would be. Sometimes it is difficult to judge quality from online photos and descriptions because most people claim that their product is the best. The reasons that I am so happy with these Syrtenty 2" Square TENS Unit Electrodes 2x2 -... is that they are high quality and last a very long time. I say this because I wear these with my tens 7000 unit for about 18 hours a day. And during the time I wear them, I move them to different locations of my body every couple hours. I also remove the pads and stick them to the inside wall of my gym locker twice a day. And of course I remove them before I shower. The point is that even though I stick and unstick the electrodes pads many times a day when I relocate them to different areas, the electrodes pads continue to restick and with no noticeable decrease in quality of the electric current.

These are awesome replacement electrodes! I have had a horrible time finding good replacement electrodes for my TENS unit. They have all been so flimsy or did not have enough of the "sticky backing" to actually work. The quality of these electrodes is excellent and they are a tad larger than the ones that came with my TENS unit. The small ones always come loose and when that happens it seriously shocks you, these pads do not come off until you pull them off. These pads cover a larger area so the pain relief is much better with these than with the small ones. Also, the electrodes are all individually bagged, and they come with instructions. Also, each package contains a lot number and expiration date. Maybe that is a requirement of some sort, but it is the first time I have ever seen it on any of the electrodes I have purchased. I highly recommend this company and these electrodes.I absolutely love these pads and I will definitely be buying more.

This is the Best Deal.

Hands down, these are the best electrodes I've bought in the six years I've had my TENS unit. I've had some that came unstuck within minutes of putting them on or have had the wire connection come off. I've been using this brand of electrodes for about six months now and none of that has happened. In fact sometimes I'll miss getting an electrode off and not notice until I'm in the shower (am I the only person who does that?). The gel material really keeps contact with the skin so there's no bad tingling zap that happens when the other pads come slightly loose. I'm really happy with these.

These fit my TENS unit (LG-7000), are very affordable, and can be reused several times. I got quite a few, as most of the others I'd used weren't sticky after a couple of uses, and I was using it quite frequently due to nerve 'aggravation' following surgery. These are very sticky, allowing me to reuse them many times (short sessions, several times a day) before needing to replace them. However, they don't hurt when removing (placement on forearm and hand for nerve issues, and back for general pain relief.) They conduct the impulses effectively, which I saw as a complaint for some replacement pads. None of the ones I used had that issue - they just didn't stay sticky after a couple of uses. Because they worked so well, I actually still have several packages unopened (I used two at a time, although my unit will handle four). The nerve pain from my surgery is gone and this was the cheapest treatment, by far! :-D The connectors seems to be fairly common, but there are some proprietary machines out there, so be sure to check before ordering. I've attached a picture of the connectors from my TENS unit next to a ruler and the electrode connectors. The post is about 2mm diameter.

Skeptical At First.....

So I was skeptical at first because the price was so good. I have been using this thing for a few days now and a few times a day and the battery is still fully charged. I was pretty shocked by that. lol. Its very small controller is very easy to use although I don't change the different settings too much. I just turn it on and crank it up to about 3 or 4. I hoping the pads last a long time. I have used them in several different places a few times each day and they seem to still stick well. So far this thing has really impressed me and I am glad that I finally decided to get it. Hopefully this will help some people out. It seems to be helping out my back and shoulder very well. It also has a nice little travel case and comes with extra pads. So far I am still on the first set. The pads come in different sizes and shapes. You can also go online and register the device and extend the warranty. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Good Product - but Company Fishes for Reviews.

I wasn't expecting much from this tiny unit since I'm used to my old EMPI unit. I have a high pain threshold however my back injuries breach said threshold on just about a daily basis. I would put my OLD EMPI up onto around 40-60 and with this tiny unit I can't go above 4. Simple to use with fast easy shipping and yes, the battery lasts as long as stated. I don't usually write reviews; but for someone like me that didn't know what to buy and couldn't decide on a product.. I would buy another in a heart beat! I hope this helps anyone that had the same problem deciding like me!

It's a winner!

I have recurring sciatica pain. There are times when it's so uncomfortable that I can't sleep. This gives me enough relief that I'm able to sleep. Not to mention getting older...the aches and pains that comes with that. This is perfect. I love the size. The storage bag is a great way to keep all of your stuff together!

Great Little Machine

I could not resist ordering the Belifu Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit 24 Modes Muscle Stimulator for Pain Relief on a lightning deal. I am 2 weeks post from having an arthroscopic left knee medial and lateral partial meniscectomy and chondroplasty surgery and I did not want to rely on opioid pain relievers to relieve the pain. Let me just say this little high powered Belifu Dual Channel TEN EMS UNIT far exceeds my expectation for pain relief! The TENS unit has 24 mode muscle stimulator and is a powerhouse. The unit was fully charged and ready to go right out of the box. Instructions are very clear. The face has a nice blue backlight, which is easy to see & operate. The unit comes with a USB cord and has an internal rechargeable battery for longevity between charges. It's a great portable device. I only wish the unit had a belt clip or some kind of clip so that it could easily attach to your clothing so you could actually be a little bit more mobile. Great price. Great size.

Fits literally in palm of your hand it is so small and we were skeptical it would work as other units we've seen with with 4 to 5x times larger. First use we were sold! Really functions well and does what it says, lot of hook ups and you get more pads and another lead wire upon registering the product. Battery life is great and quickly recharges using USB from smart phone charger, computer, or car USB charger(though most car ports much slower recharge). We bought two of these one for my wife and one for myself, we never go anywhere without having one with us in case its needed on the spot, fits in a small bag that easily fits into most purses or coat pockets. if just the unit itself and leads n pads in a zip lock bag to protect pads n unit, will fit into virtually any jacket, coat , fanny pack pockets. Great settings and time adjust from 20 mins to 60 mins.

Very good quality!

Battery life seems a little short but also only takes like 5 mins to charge. So when you have left it unused for awhile you can recharge it quickly.

WOW! Just amazed at how tiny this unit is and How Well it functions!

Having acute TMJ issues & my doctor hooked my jaw up to a TENS unit for an hour before taking impressions for my appliance. Helped SO MUCH with spasming muscles and pain that I bought this for home use. Instructions say not to put it on your head but my doctor told me to use this in lieu of muscle relaxers and opiods. (I've had both during this acute issue and the TENS provides the BEST relief!!) This unit is awesome and easy to use. Love all the different settings. Main mode 2 Acupuncture is best for me. Intensity is @ 3 out of 10 and enough to feel it REALLY well so it is powerful. Looking forward to using it on my back next. Took a star off of adhesion because I followed instructions (washed face, used astringent/alcohol to wipe clean skin, and added a drop of water to the pad before applying but one side does not completely stick on. Took a close up of that one to show it lifts around the edges. I pulled it off once to reposition it (was too high and it was causing my eyes to twitch) but this was a brand new pad and shouldn't be lifting. Other than that - not a deal breaker. Just won't be putting drops of water on it before using next time.

Skeptical At First.....

Update 2021: I forgot about this thing! Recently I pulled my back and have tried everything from steroid shots, muscle relaxers, to Thai massages and nothing has worked. I have been in so much pain I’ve had to leave work early from nausea. I then was thinking about this and searched my garage for it. It has been in my garage for a year and I was worried it wouldn’t work. This thing still had almost a full charge on it! I couldn’t believe it. Nothing ever holds a charge for a year of not being used. I put it in my back before bed and it’s the first night I have actually slept in a long time. This thing really does shock you, but it counteracts the horrible back pain. I’m at work now and I can actually move around without gasping. This thing is honestly amazing. It’s worth every single penny! Original: I have a TENS unit I previously purchased at Walmart that came with two pads and was closer to $50. That unit has nothing on this one. I looked through many different units and reviews and this one is hands down the best. I love that it comes with so many different sizes of pads. They are super sticky and comfortable to use. The production description is off though and you can’t connect 10 pads at once. You can do 6 at the most in one setting. Which, to be fair, really is more than enough once you get this thing going. I love that it has so many different modes and options to switch from. I’ve had this unit for two months now and have used it for multiple times for hours at a time and I’ve never had to charge it yet! This bad boy packs heat to it. I’ve used a professional tens at my physical therapist and this is very Comparable to the professional treatment. Except, I can carry the unit in my pocket and never have to worry about it. It’s super light to use and I even go to sleep with it running at times. It only comes with one plastic piece to stick the pads on which is a downside since there’s so many pads. I usually place a pad on each side of the unit since there is only one plastic saver piece. The pain relief for this is great. My sciatica always made me feel like I wanted to take something to my skin and rub the nerves. The pain felt like nails on a chalkboard. This u it helps relieve all that pain without using medicine. This is amazing. I even let my mom try it and she just loved it. She normally had to get monthly shots in her back for pain and she said this unit did a great job and that she even wanted one now. I highly recommend this product.

Good Product - but Company Fishes for Reviews.

I bought the item because I re-injured an old back injury. I could hardly move. A friend loaned me a TENS unit which glitched but helped. I ordered this unit hoping it would help. I did. Using it can be a bit confusing for the first time. I still push the wrong button every once in a while. Now any time may back starts acting up, I use the unit. I use it almost daily on my arthritis knees. The pads will slide off as they need gel added or replaced. New pads will come off when I start sweating. I use a light wrap to hold the pads in place as they age, and add gel. I use the unit while I am doing chores around the house. I rarely notice the arthritis in my knees when I walk down the stairs from my third floor apartment when I use the unit daily.

Helpful with Arthritis and Back Issues

Unit came about 66% charged, so ready to go out of the box and easy to get going. I'm in the military, so I'm constantly putting stress on my body. I'm already on my 3rd use during the first day, just hitting different areas on my back. Feels amazing after use. Intensity set around 50-60% currently. Not sure I could handle going any higher. It's insane what this little unit is capable of putting out! Highly recommend.

Could Be a Great Device (if only the pads adhered)

I bought this because my neck was hurting and couldn't turn side to side, I messed my neck up as a teenager. I have tried everything. The pain meds make you non-functional, the Anti-inflammatory tears up my stomach. I tried heat, tried cold (Big mistake). I put this on as soon as it arrived and immediately felt better. There are 24 modes, I mix them up several times during the session. Next day I woke with a little pain, put it back on, immediate relief. I highly recommend this. Wish I had this years ago. The battery charges quick, full charge lasts about an hour, which is way more time then needed, (my old one used AAA batteries died within minutes, and nothing near the intensity). And the price is great to boot. If you have a sore back or neck get this. Read the instructions carefully.

Perfect little tens unit!

The media could not be loaded. There are many similar products to chose from at this price. I selected this one in part because it has physical rather than touch-screen controls. This seems better as I'm able to lay back while adjusting the intensity. (full intensity is very strong.) I've had "computer neck" shoulder problem and the vibrating and spinning devices felt good but brought no relief. Just a few days with this seems to have loosened up the problem area. It "massages" by actually tensing and releasing the muscle rather than trying to "shake" it. Easy to use! When it arrived I didn't bother with the manual (but do note "don't use near throat and face"). I charged it for 30 minutes via USB, plugged some pads on the white wire, and turned it on - very intuitive. The settings are variations of "punches" and "phased vibrations." Initial mode 1-1 is a vibration that slowly squeezes and releases. I also use mode 2-2 that is a series of slow and fast punches. I've never tried an actual "abs belt" but I suspect this does about the same thing. it does tense and release abs.
