All items generally sent via FedEx but we also consider DHL, UPS & TNT for different locations considering services for a particular location and freight. Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number. You may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. For customized delivery you may contact your local Courier Company office with the tracking number they will help you out.
It is advised if you get any of your ordered packages in open condition or damage condition please clearly mention over the receipt damage delivery and inform us as all the items were sent insured.
What if I Need to Return an Item?
We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the day you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home or office. This is a handmade product little size variation may come so kindly consider.
If you are unsatisfied with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price.
We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.
There may be duty and vat on rugs purchased by you depending on value of rug as per country custom rules which is not a part of sale price, you need to pay first and than only we can accept return. For Example. In USA rugs value less than $800 doesn't attract any duty or vat.
