Oushak Rug
These fabulous rugs are modeled after the famous 19th century production of Oushak rugs from Turkey. Oushak rugs (also spelled Ushak or Usak) originated in the small town of Oushak in west central Anatolia, roughly 100 miles directly south of the city of Istanbul in Turkey. Oushak has produced some of the most decorative Persian influenced rugs of all times. These carpets have always been in very high demand by decorators and designers. Our new Oushak rugs are woven in India with all hand carded wool. The soft, subtle colors and evocative designs work in a myriad of interiors. We are using super fine hand spun wool and we do wash rug 2-3 times as per the need, it makes rug soft and colors become softer. These are some of the finest carpets we manufacture. Vacuum regularly. Brush less attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended. Answers Related to Shipping & Return How Will My Order Ship? All items generally sent via FedEx but we also consider DHL, UPS & TNT for different locations considering services for a particular location and freight. Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number. You may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. For customized delivery you may contact your local Courier Company office with the tracking number they will help you out. It is advised if you get any of your ordered packages in open condition or damage condition please clearly mention over the receipt damage delivery and inform us as all the items were sent insured.
What if I Need to Return an Item? We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 30 days from the day you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home or office. This is a handmade product little size variation may come so kindly consider. If you are unsatisfied with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price. We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.
