Fast & easy to make
ended up adding double the amount of liquid bc i didnt account for the quarter cup of water in the blueberry can! you dont need to add any liquid in, if not a little milk but all my blueberries sank to the bottom bc i followed the directions in order! i sub milk for all of my baked goods instead of water, & there was well over a 1\3 of a cup of liquid in the can of blueberries. the mix has gotten a lot better i will say, but the baking times are also off!! 15-20 min they are still gel in the middle unfortunately i found this out the hard way. all muffins take exactly 25 min. in a 350f preheated! oven, this time on the box is for cupcakes in a standard pan which take 17 exactly. 350f in a preheated oven. 25 min exactly. do NOT add water! its added in the can. 3 stars for versatility! bc yes i absolutely love that it comes with preserved blueberries, but sad that i had to go hunt down our only can opener at 2AM, & the directions are wrong with the liquid amount. flavor was amazing!!! not bland at all like the pouches. richer, & this is now my loyal go to box.💖🫐💙

Delicious But Box Damaged in Shipping!
I was doubtful, because I’d never tried making this in bread machine before, but I just put in the wet ingredients first, topped it with the mix from the box, put it on ‘cake’ setting, and VOILA!! It made a perfect quick bread! itI it’s dark, but good—it won’t last long 🥳

Sweet blueberry muffin
It’s actually a very good tasting muffin. Very easy to make. Just add eggs and oil and water and mix and then bake.. It good for a quick snack that I make for the kids. Very good. But it’s obviously going to be different from store bought muffins. But it’s good if you want a quick fix. Price wise is ok.. it’s fairly cheap. But muffins at say Costco are pretty cheap too and you get 12 huge muffins. So this products is more for the convenience of having muffins whenever you want.
