Doesn't work with cases.
Do you need this product? No. But will you use and like this product? Yes. I got it on sale even though it was still $125 which is not a cheap device but I really like it. If you think about a charger for your phone, watch and airpods along with wall chargers and cables, it is not all that bad. It is really nice to have just one outlet in use. I plan on going out of town this weekend and it will make the trip with me. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and looks of the device. UPDATE Now that I’ve had this unit for several weeks, I figured I would give one more update. I have found myself using this charger daily and even taking it out of town and on vacations. It is a must have for me because of the convenience and usefulness.

The magnetic attraction isn't as strong as when the phone is caseless, but it's strong enough to hold an iPhone 12 mini in a thin Peel case. Can't speak to how strong it would be with a larger phone or thicker case. Overall I really like this charger. Charges all three devices simultaneously, and nothing gets hot. One minor nit: the white light is a little irritating when I'm trying to sleep, and I'm not sure why it's even there. It only turns on when I charge my Airpods Pro, and the Airpods charging case has its own light.

Great but Expensive
UPDATE MAY 20, 2022 : Apple rolled out WatchOS 8.6, as well as iOS 15.5. The Watch issue is definitely fixed now for Series 7’s, and maybe I’m just imagining it, but my iPhone 13 Pro also seems to charge faster! UPDATE : Apple seems to have rolled out an update for the Apple Watch that bricked the charging for the Series 7 (at least). Can’t say it’s Belkin’s fault, but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Pros : - Fast charge for Series 7 Apple Watch - Fast charge for iPhone - Portable & Compact, easy for traveling - Center charging coil can also charge another iPhone, not just AirPods - Snappy MagSafe connectors, foolproof - Adjustable height for different Apple Watch models Cons : - Price Additional Minor Cons : - I wish this had USB-C charging capabilities, rather than the power adapter provided - I wish this had additional charging ports on the back of this (USB-A, USB-C to charge other devices as well) I had originally purchased Belkin's previous model of their 3-In-1 Charging Station, and decided to return it for this one that just released. While the previous Belkin charging station was more aesthetically pleasing, it didn't have a fast-charge for the Apple Watch S7, and it wasn't portable whatsoever. This charger on the other hand DOES have the fast-charge for both your iPhone and Apple Watch (Series 7 only), and it is ACTUALLY fast. The MagSafe connectors are snappy, and you don't have to fiddle with it to get it in the right position like other charging stations. Overall, this is definitely the best charging station money can buy, and although the price is hefty, I believe it's worth the investment rather than having to go through a bunch of cheap ones realizing they suck.

Works with thin Peel case & iPhone 12 mini
Never having used any type of stand with any of my phones, I first tried a couple of the cheaper wireless charging stands before realizing you get what you pay for. So I finally broke down and shelled out for this one. This is a quality unit. The base has weight to it - just enough to keep it on the desk when I grab my phone. While not adjustable, it doesn't need to be because it is set at the perfect height and angle for me, and this way there are no moving parts to mess with and get loose over time. I like that it has a dedicated power supply, no batteries or USB, and charges my iPhone 12 with Apple silicone case perfectly, at full Magsafe power - something I learned other units claim to do, but don't. Magsafe works just as well simultaneously with my AirPods Pro. I do not have an Apple Watch, and have no intention of getting one, so this unit charges everything I need while remaining a minimal, tight package - which I also like because it takes up very little desk space. The fact that it has no LEDs or lights of any kind is a big plus to me. To the extent a phone charger can show elegant, thoughtful design and look clean and attractive, I suppose this one does. I'm not a guy who's all about design cues and whatnot, but I do recognize and commend what they've done here. I think it's quite nice, actually, for what it is. I really have been surprised what a difference it makes having the phone positioned that way throughout my work day. It seems like a small thing, but for me it makes more of a positive difference than I expected. The only downside to this Belkin is the price. It's too bad it costs $100 to get a unit of this quality. I did settle for a cheaper unit for my bedside stand, but for primary use on my desk I'll part with the money for the Belkin, because it is of excellent quality. EDIT: Regarding LEDs, there is a single, tiny LED at the front of the base, which is a status indicator for AirPods charging. It seems to illuminate briefly when AirPods are placed there, then turns off. I had not even noticed the light and it doesn't change my overall opinion that I like the absence of noticeable lights and other complications to the unit.
