Major reason for buying this product was the fact that it naturally contains zero artificial trans fats or partially hydrogenated oils. Had the best experience with this beef tallow
So far, I've been quite impressed. I've been using Wagyu as my primary cooking oil and use it on almost everything I prepare. The product arrived as tallow as it could possibly be, and it was not at all mismanaged because the can was not touch heated. It is very well sealed and tastes amazing

This is a brisket smoker's hidden weapon. Drizzle a little of this on your butcher paper before wrapping your brisket, and you'll be shocked at how much moisture it adds. I've smoked a lot of briskets in my life and have been blown away by the outcome. I'd highly recommend it!

I make perfect dishes using it
In the cast iron pan, I prefer to use this to finish off my steaks. Scoop some into it at the end of the cook, just like butter! Nevertheless, when folded in pink paper, this stuff shines on brisket! There have been no issues with beef tallow till now. Today I'm making a fruit loops-scented one. Orange sherbet, lavender, and lemongrass are all on the menu, yayy!!!

Just loving it!
This beef tallow has a delicious texture. I've used it to augment the fat content and flavor of all my beef meals. It's a wonderful beef tallow
If I had a choice, I would give this ten stars. This is wonderful. I'd like to prepare it with everything. Pork chops, brisket, hamburgers, fries, macaroni, grilled cheese, and whatnot!! Even the toughest cuts of beef become soft and juicy with this tallow. The cut pork chops on the grill were fantastic. I used the professional size for a long time and it lasts me a long time.

I made so many things with this
I really like the flavor of this beef tallow, and I've used it to add fat and flavor to all of my beef meals. When I used it to pan fry a cheap steak, it made a huge difference. Excellent for sauteing vegetables. I also used it to make a grilled cheese sandwich, which was fantastic!

I highly recommend this tallow!
Great for filling and cooking veggies (or meat!). It's a cooking oil that we utilize for almost everything. Makes a regular burger taste fantastic. It'll be delicious if you cook ordinary steak in it! They were quite crispy, and no, they did not have a beef flavor, so you are good to go. We fry vegetables in this which makes them taste so much better.

This is the tastiest beef tallow
Because of all the added benefits, I've been seeking for the best Tallow for cooking, and this is it! I can't believe I'm talking about beef fat quality, but here we are, and this stuff is fantastic. This tallow is so good!
This has been introduced to brisket and ribs, by the great chef ME lol!  I've noticed a big difference in tenderness and flavor, trust me on it. This tallow legit melts in my hand . My technique is to smoke the meat for a few hours first, then add the tallow before wrapping it in butcher paper and re-smoking it. I'd recommend you try it, it will blow your mind away.

Love the texture of this tallow
The tallow has a silky smooth texture that makes it easy to deal with. This is what I bought to use when I'm smoking brisket and ribs. No discernible taste, a silky smooth texture, and a low melting point are all characteristics of the finest tallow. Oh my my! It's amazing
I put it on a smoked brisket and it resulted in the most tender piece of beef you can imagine from the toughest cut of meat you can think. I roasted it for over 11 hours, which helped, but I made it well worth it. That meat was producing a cloud of heated smoke. It was beef that had an aroma that lingered for days. The best investment I've ever made.

Great for use in everyday cooking instead of GROSS vegetable oils. Excellent for pan searing or frying everything from chicken to fish. Has a higher smoke point and is more stable than Epic Tallow, has better flavor too. Would be interested in trying a SCP lard if it's of similar quality.

Amazing flavor and great packaging!
My package arrived sealed and the expiration date is September 29, 2021. My children (one is 11) enjoy cooking scrambled eggs, salmon, chicken, French fries and whatever else they can come up with in this waygu tallow. I like cooking filet mignon in it as well. I can't explain the flavor but it is yummy. It changed my ketogenic eating for better because not only is it giving me another fat option - it provides an amazing light BEEF flavor. I only use what I need and I will drizzle the remaining oil on my meat or ketogenic approved vegetables - ohhh vegetables taste delicious. Also the aroma is great. My children always come down to see what is being cooked. Give it a try if you like beef.

I almost want to say it's crap...so I can keep this secret to myself. Just buy this, a basic "meat injector", and inject this hi octane, pure flavor awesomeness, into ANY piece of meat. Cook appropriately, and then try to put into words, the perfection you just ingested. You're welcome! Don't buy it all!! I will need more soon!!! I saw this on a YouTube video. This is a secret weapon for smoking brisket. Drizzle a little of this on your butcher paper when wrapping and you will be amazed at the moisture it adds to your brisket. I have smoked a ton of briskets in my lifetime and I was amazed at the results.

F***ing amazing!!
I first learn of this product on a You Tube video for smoking a brisket. If you have not seen the "Mad Scientist Brisket Tallow",on You Tube, you will have to watch it. I immediately bought the tallow so I could try if. Haven't tried it yet, but will shortly. Since I got it, I tried cooking hash browns in it. They were excellent. I tried brushing it on hamburgers before BBQ and they were great. Still looking forward to the brisket since the flavor of the others were improved by it. I even put some in a squeeze bottle that is used for condiments so I can keep it by the stove for easy use. The bottle allows me to squeeze it around the areas I need the oil.

Secret weapon for brisket, yum!
So, I'm looking to find hard fat tallow to make pemmican. This is *not* it. It's soft at room temperature, like butter. "Tallow" is generally not (think of tallow candles for the hardness associated with the term). The Q&A on the product stated exactly what you get, and was totally accurate, so this is 100% on me. So, instead, I'm reviewing this product for exactly what it's supposed to be used for: Sauteing and cooking with. That's no problem for me, because I'm a foodie and cook often, and always have the need to get some kind of fat or oil in the pan to cook with. For that purpose, it works great and is a 5 star product. It's easy to scoop out a tbs, toss it in the pan, and cook eggs, meat, fish, whatever. It has a very natural and slightly umami flavor that you just can't get with artificial shortening or vegetable oils. My package was packed well with no leaks, and the glue seal was so strong that I couldn't peel the plastic off--I had to use a knife. So hopefully the seller has sorted whatever issues others have had with the seal.

The best
I started cooking with beef and bison tallow about a year ago as I got into cooking more red meats. With a smoke point in excess of 400°F, beef tallow is obviously the perfect fat for seasoning or searing beef. Wagyu tallow in particular melts quite readily in your hands, even scraped out of a chilled tub. The big concern most people will have, especially with this quantity, is the shelf life. This stuff lasts several months in the fridge and probably lasts indefinitely in the freezer (certainly longer than raw beef itself); just portion it into canning jars and optionally pull a vacuum using a FoodSaver mason-jar attachment. For rendered fats like this, I generally consider "best by" date to be advisory; as long as it doesn't get contaminated, and doesn't look/smell "off," it's still fine to use. Beef tallow also does very well if you're into frying foods--remember McDonald's legendary original french fries?--and that's a good way to use up a lot quickly. Also another note: if your tub of tallow shows up with a broken seal, contact the vendor let them know. That happened to me the first time, and they sent out a replacement with no fuss.

I used this on a smoked brisket and it created the greatest most tender piece of beef you can imagine out of what is imagined, the toughest cut of meat. The meat was almost too hard to cut. F-Me. Pull apart, melt in your mouth brisket like you never tasted. Roasted for almost 11 hours so that helped but I made it like totally worth every minute. That meat was burping hot smoke. it was meat so fine you could taste for days. Best investment ever. Best part is I smoked the whole can, so I can use smoked tallow now any time I want. WIN WIN.

Great fu%*ing flavor and a amazing product
I ordered this tallow for one reason, to find out if I could duplicate the flavor of pre-1990 McDonalds fries. As McDonalds mavens know, that was the year they yielded to pressures from health activists and substituted vegetable oil for the less healthful beef tallow. My experiment resulted in what I had hoped for! Ahhhh, nostalgia. The only negative: According to my reliable kitchen scale, the can was 5 ozs short of the 42 ozs advertised and shown on the can.

This tallow is amazing. Really helped up my game on the grill and in the smoker. My budget doesn’t allow for buying wagyu beef, so I use the tallow to add that wonderful mouthfeel and taste you only get with wagyu. I but some on my cast iron griddle on the grill and cook my fresh ground burgers on it. These are the most flavorful and moist burgers I have ever had. Make a $1 steak feels like $5 lol
This is my first time buying tallow. It arrived with the packaging in great condition, and the product was perfectly intact. No odors, or any other weirdness. Not sure if I would want to buy this during the heat of the summer, however. If it happened to sit outside, for any length of time in the Texas sun, I am afraid that the contents would turn 100% to liquid. I do highly recommend it, however, especially if you are on the Carnivore diet!!

Game changing product
Awesome beef talo right here. Easy to apply - just put a clump of it in a microwave safe dish, cup or bowl, and melt it as you would with butter. Use a marinating or basting brush and cover whatever piece of meat you’re cooking with it. I used this to cover a brisket after 4 hours in my Pit Barrel Cooker, then wrapped with butcher paper; that paper was soaking wet in freedom juice when I pulled it out. The proof is in the pudding - go ahead and taste it!

Beef talo for the win - perfect for brisket!
I've heard reviewers talk about "mouthfeel", well I had none of that (that I noticed). What I noticed was the flavor enhancement for beef. Just added a small amount to some beef I was cooking and WoW what a change. I can't wait to try my next brisket with this product. I highly recommend the tallow and I've never recommended anything on Amazon before today.

Excellent all-around fat for searing and frying
This is the ingredient that is the hottest thing in smoking brisket!. Every BBQ Youtube channel has been talking about it for the past year. So I decided to try it. Picked up a brisket (flat only) from Kroger, choice cut, kind of lean. Slow and low over night, and wrapped it at 165F in brown butcher paper and applied a 1/4 cup of liquid Waygu Tallow to the brisket before wrapping. Back on the smoker until 205F and then rested it for a few hours. Okay, first I have smoke a few briskets in my day. Generally I get a packer's brisket (both flat and point). The flat usually in these scenerios becomes burnt ends. But when I cut this flat, it was oozing juices, was flavorful. Normally for 5 people, 6lb flat would mean leftovers. Not this time!

Flavor Changer Plus
I bought other beef tallow that had pretty good reviews. I even made my own. Unless you are using wagyu fat, don’t bother. I put a little bit of this on my filet mignon, sous vide it for a couple of hours and seared it on the Kamado joe. The meat itself was the most flavorful beef I’ve ever had, even better than my dry aged ribeyes.
