Looks great
I gifted the frame to a friend of mine who recently graduated from Texas State University. It has a very nice chrome finish and the glossy print makes it look awesome. It was easy to mount on the car as there were holes present in the frame. The size was standard and it fitted very well.

I am a Texan as well as alumni of Texas State University. The license plate has a very nice quality. It has a glossy print. It looks great on the car. It was easy to place as there were holes drilled in it.
