Thomas Kinkade Stepping Stone Cottage Cross Stitch Kit 50924 Finished 14 x 11 in

Candamar brings you special kits inspired by one of the best known artists of our time:  Thomas Kinkade.  Known as The Master Of Light it's no wonder his work is so popular.  Stepping Stone Cottage, second in Thomas Kinkade's Sweetheart Hideaways collection and represents the refuge of  love, family, art and faith. Natural stepping stones lead across the water to the welcoming door.  This Cross Stitch Kit contains chart and easy to follow instructions, needle, 14 count Aida fabric, and stranded embroidery floss cotton threads.  Finished dimension: 14 inches x 11 inches.

Thomas Kinkade was an American painter of popular realistic, pastoral, and idyllic subjects.  He is notable for his success, during his lifetime, with the mass marketing of his work as printed reproductions and other licensed products via the Thomas Kinkade Company.  According to Kinkade's company, one in every twenty American homes owns a copy of one of his paintings.  He described himself as a "Painter of Light", a phrase he protected through trademark, but which was originally used hundreds of years ago to describe the English artist J. M. W. Turner.
