DEMAND ENTERIC COATING!
This product really changed my life. Medication that I take has caused me to experience SEVERE constipation consistently for the past 14 years. No laxatives or any level of hydration including loads of fiber have ever really made a big enough difference to be regular for any length of time. But, I started taking these probiotics a shot-in-the-dark. I had seen in online articles that probiotics seem to be controversial as to whether or not they will help with chronic constipation, especially when it is caused by or associated with opiate/opioid medications. Anyway, after receiving this bottle I took the full dose of two tablets and ever since the next morning I have had a normal, healthy BM including every morning since. Even if I miss a day or two of my probiotic dose, I still sustain regularity. As long as I continue my two tablet daily dose after missing a day or two. I have yet to experience any relapses of constipation. I have had a normal BM daily for the past 9 weeks that I have been taking this particular probiotic. I have had zero noticeable side effects, like upset stomach, loose stools etc. I went from having a BM once per week (on average) to consistent daily regularity. I have experienced some of the worst constipation symptoms over the past 14 years including an entire month of November with a single BM. I don't normally believe in a magic pill for ailment, but this has been just that for me. To find that a relatively inexpensive, easy solution is available is such as relief for me. I have tried Kefir and other dairy products claiming to have billions of CFUs of probiotics and they did not help, at all. I have tried Metamucil and many similar fiber supplements to no avail. These probiotic capsules are relatively small and easy for me to swallow. I haven't noticed any flavor when I burp within an hour or two taking my daily two capsules. I have been taking the capsules with my lunch, just because that tends to be my largest meal of the day. If you are suffering the way I was with irregularity, I strongly urge you to try this product. I can't endorse any other probiotic capsule-type supplements simple because I have not tried any other probiotic capsules that are similar to this product. But, I know this one has worked wonders for me since day one and now I am on day 50. I hope this review can help at least one person to experience the same kind of relief that I have from using this probiotic. Update: After 3 months these probiotic capsules are working a little too well for me. I have had to adjust the amount that I take down to 1 capsule every other day. That is 1/4 of the dosage I was taking before. But, I was getting some loose stool and found myself having to return to the restroom to re-clean up to 3 or 4 times in a day after a loose BM. This decrease in the number of capsules I am taking has not decreased my regularity. However, I have still been having fairly loose BMs. I have never experienced this problem of having to return to the rest room multiple times to re-wipe. I know a lot of you do not want to read about BMs. But, I know I would want to know this information had I been able to read it before making a decision on the type of probiotic to try first. If you are having constipation more than a few time per month, this probiotic could be a cure for your discomfort. Just keep in mind that the recommend dosage on the bottle can be decreased without diminished results.

Makes great tasting yogurt
Whether a brand of probiotics works really depends on its quality and your body's own gut. Everyone has a different set of gut flora so try several to see what works for you. Using a brand of at least 40 billion CFU is best. There seems to be some debate as to whether one should use refrigerated or unrefrigerated probiotics. I went with the side that claims unrefrigerated are sturdier and less prone to die off. NewRhythm is the third brand I've tried and it, by far, has worked the best for me. How do I know? It has cleared up the eczema on my legs and face in just a month of taking 2-3 pills a day. I just purchased my second bottle and will definitely continue with this brand. The pills are small, powder filled and light cream colored. To me, they smell like a paper mill. If you don't know what that smells like… well, I don't not know how else to describe it. Regardless, they have been life-changing for me. Give it a try.

Life Changing Relief From Chronic Constipation Starting Day 1 & Still Loving It After Almost 2 Months!!!
The price is great on these, but definitely BEWARE! I do not recommend taking 2 pills in the beginning if you have not taken probiotics in the past! I had been eating very clean for a couple months, but got a sinus infection and was recommended by a nutritionist to take a probiotic to boost gut health since I was on antibiotics. Anyway-taking 2 pulls a day gave me horrible diarrhea, until I figured out they were causing the issue and cut back the pills to one a day! Everything fine since then, will try to build back up to 2 a day...I also take at bedtime just in case there would be any stomach issues!

Works Great For Me
Bought these because I took a pH test of my vagina and found it was about a 4.5 pH level when it should be a 4 or less... Signaling a possible bacterial infection. I have taken these pills for 5 days now and the dark green pH strip has turned to like green... My pH has lowered to a 3.5!

Strong probiotic
Literally the best thing you can get for your body! I was having bad stomach problems and it vanished after two days of taking these regularly. Keep in mind that if you are putting junk into your body, you need good bacteria in your gut. It's crucial, roughly 80% of your immune system originates from your digestive tract. Wonderful!
I did the “milk test” on these New Rythm probiotics, along with Culturelle I had purchased in 2 different states (TX & MA, as I was traveling); my mother’s CVS brand acidophilus; and one “control” cup with milk only (so, 5 cups total in my experiment). The New Rythm became a solid yogurt consistency, while the other 4 remained liquids. I did the experiment twice, just to be sure of the results. I could not believe it!!! New Rhythm is my brand, hands down!!! I also would like to mention that my product usually arrives the day after it ships. So it will take a few days to ship when I select standard shipping, which is to be expected, but it doesn’t stay in transit long which is ideal for preserving the living cultures.

Probiotics ftw!! I have to have these
This probiotic has been far more effective than many of the others my wife and I have tried. I'll break it down into a pros and cons list (the cons will explain why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). I'm a freelance writer, and a doctor I used to write for explained to me what to look for in probiotics. I feel like I need to say that first, so you know the statements I make in the pros column have a little more backing even though this review is just my personal opinion of the product. Pros: Doesn't need to be refrigerated. That makes it easy to take on vacation, and I don't have to worry about it being worthless if I forget to put it away after taking it. The number of CFUs is guaranteed until the expiration date. That is important. If they are only guaranteed at the time of production, you don't know how many you are actually getting when you take the product. They release in the intestines. Your stomach acid will destroy probiotics that are not properly protected. They are free of major allergens. The blend is made up of nearly all L and B probiotic strains. These are the ones that provide the most benefit. Contains prebiotics. These feed the probiotics so they can flourish in your body. Cons: I almost never got to try these because the first bottle arrived with the safety seal open. That's a big quality control no-no. I'm glad I gave them another shot because the next three bottles have arrived just fine. I haven't noticed any other reviews citing quality control issues, so I really think this was an anomaly. If things keep going as they are and future orders are packaged properly, I'll update this to a 5-star review.

Passed the Milk Test w an A++++++
After I took 10 day antibiotic course (which I regret so much, always try to find an alternative to antibiotics) my clear skin broke out sooo badly, even in places that I've never had acne before and on my back too. After some research I've concluded that my gut was messed up so I've ordered this probiotic. And it helped! I don't have active acne on my skin, only the scaring and no more painful cysts! And also as you can see from the photos it passed the milk test A+. I'm on my second bottle and I take one in the morning and one before bed. Definitely give it a try and stay away from antibiotics! DEMAND ENTERIC COATING!
I purchased these probiotics because the current probiotics I have been using do not seem to be working as well. I have been using these for about a week and I like them. I only take one capsule a day to keep from having any stomach issues, which can happen with probiotics. I, like many other women who have reviewed these, can suffer from feminine issues from time to time caused by pH imbalances and probiotics are often suggested as a natural approach to the issue as opposed to antibiotics and antifungals. I really like these and I have not found them to cause any issues. These are one of few brands I have found to contain both L reuteri and L rhamnosus in them which are the strains that are said to help specifically with feminine health.

These work well, great for women
I've taken several other probiotics before and never paid attention to the differences between them and I would only buy the cheapest ones I could find. After learning more about probiotics, I discovered that many of them are nearly useless and the ones that really work must meet certain criteria, such as the coating necessary to bypass the stomach and be delivered to the gut; at least 50 billion CFU;10 or more strains of bacteria; a guaranteed amount of live bacteria at the "sell by" date; shelf stable, meaning that the bacteria won't all die if it is not consistently refrigerated; and a reputable company. This product meets all of that and is also made in the USA. That being said, what matters the most is if the product actually works and it does. I feel much healthier overall in several ways and in only just a few days. I won't go into the details because that is private, but I am very satisfied with the results and will be ordering again.

Superior probiotics make all the difference
Husband has been having gut problems for over 20 years. To a point where he has problems standing up straight, all kinds of pain, numbing of arms, swelling of hemorrhoids, and fatigue. Doctors at a loss, nutrition classes helped 30% (has to eat 2-hour boiled veggies, no processed sugars, no alcohol), and tried several probiotic OTC's. But THIS ONE WORKS. Pain down 90%, hemorrhoids "disappeared", feels ten years younger and can even "bend" his diet now and again. Has taken 2 pills per day for 60 days, and is now trying to decrease dosage to see if he can maintain. (Discontinuation was a return to painful status.)

Cystic acne fighter
I have been taking NewRhythm for about 2 months now. While it will never be a cure for IBS-D, it has certainly helped me by reducing bloating and diarrhea. I was taking a different brand prior to the end of last year and had a setback with my tummy. I had to take Tamiflu as a prophylactic and it destroyed my gut flora plus the probiotic I was taking failed. I tried another brand and it didn’t work at all. I tried NewRhythm and within a week I was doing much better. I will continue as I like the value and it is still working.

Outstanding effectiveness.
I tried these and have not had any problems. One side perk is while I was researching probiotics I found a reference that said it helps with rosacea, a condition that causes redness and often small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face. I have had this for years and never knew what it was, I only get the redness and hotness on my face but I didn't know why so I finally when to the dermatologist when it started to happen everyday. The topical medicine they gave me did not work so I suffered for a few more years until I read that Probiotics can help, I started taking them and have hardly had any more redness, unless I forget to take the pills for more that a few days. I will continue to buy these. I have tried others and did not get as good of results as with this brand, I think it's to do with the targeted release.

NewRhythm Works!
I am a sixty six year old. woman who has had many digestive problems. I had been taking a probiotic for years with no success and recently switched to New Rhythm probiotic.I have been taking this probiotic for almost a month now and I have seen a drastic improvement in my digestive system. Excellent probiotic
Great product. I have IBS and it helped ( didn’t cure) my symptoms within the first week better than any rx my doctors have tried. I will definitely be buying this on a regular basis. I didn’t experience any adverse side effects. I do however only take 2 of the pills per day instead of the recommended 4 pills, this seems to be enough for me.
