This Has Become My Go-To Product
This stuff really works on most items. I have tried many products over the years, watched YouTube videos for hints, and tried DIY methods all with varying degrees of success. But I have found that cleaning a tarnished piece with dish detergent or a soft-scrub cleanser first, followed by Noxon, will usually give me the best results. I like the range of metals that you can polish with it and don't need a lot of elbow grease to get the job done.

Works reasonably well
Bought this to clean up a brass candelabra for my wedding. It made it look like new. It sat in my house for a few months before I decided to use it and a bunch of other metals and this stuff cleans everything made of metal. Put a dab on, let it sit for a minute and polish it until the paste is gone. I even used it to clean up inlaid medallions in a couple of gun stocks and an old set of Beretta grips and it cleaned those medallions up with no discoloration to the wood, plastic, or rubber around the medallions. If you have tarnished metal, this will clean it up. On note however, this stuff smells, and the mor tarnished the metal the worse it smells. The smell doesn't linger after its been cleaned but just be forewarned if you have a sensitive nose

This Has Become My Go-To Product
I use the Noxon 7 for extremely tarnished items. This is very powerful stuff that does a good job. The fumes are strong while it is working so you really must use in a well ventilated area. I also use gloves. I can take a piece of heavily tarnished brass with deep rough tarnish blemishes and bring the piece back to shine with a reasonable amount of time and a lot of elbow grease. If you are willing to put in this amount of effort you are well rewarded. I also use on my heavily tarnished copper pots to amazing results.

Best stuff on the market
I used the polish on my Weber grill in the Fall 2015 after my new stainless steel grill started rusting after only 3 months. Noxon 7 did a GREAT job. I forgot about its use and was considering making new doors for the grill.... My wife reminded me about the polish. I used it on one door and see the difference between the rusted door and the Noxon 7 cleaned door. This polish is amazing! (And the Weber stainless grill uses very low-grade stainless steel.)

Removes the tough tarnish
I had writen to Alessi because many of their products I had bought were stained and I could not get rid of these traces on my beautiful stainless steel objects. They sent me back the name of this miraculous product made with amonia. It is amazing you just need a casabella smooth cloth and that's it; pour a little bit of noxon on the cloth and apply directly on your pot/plate/salad bowl/center table...Then just wash your stuff normally, dry it properly and it is like new. Thus, I highly recommend it, even if it stincks a little bit (open the window when you use it). It is useful for other metals;for example, I cleaned my brass candelabras with it and whoa, they are shiny like the sun! It works also on the copper pots and other metals. Great polish! I love it

Outstanding stuff!!!
I found this product because I watched ratches and wrenches and he used it on his chrome rims. My Honda's rims are aluminum and it did a great job at bringing back the luster and shine. Wow, they look quite nice after using the product. It does give off a light ammonia scent. I'd recommend gloves even though I didn't use any.

If you are going to do some significant cleaning (like I did), I recommend buying the 2 bottle version. The cost of the 2 bottles together is much better than the single bottle. I later bought the 2 bottles after I emptied the single bottle in short order. GREAT PRODUCT... don't know of anything better (definitely better than paste products I've used in the past).

Makes for quick cleaning of my rims! Wear gloves and watch them shine again.
I first bought this product in another country to use on the stainless steel on my boat. I liked it so much that I searched for it everywhere I went. It works very well to remove surface rust and for general polishing. I use a cloth for polishing and an old toothbrush for small spots of rust. I like that it can be used when stainless is wet (though it requires an extra wiping that isn't needed on dry metal). Very convenient that it doesn't require water before or after.

RECOMMEND buying the DOUBLE BOTTLE version
We installed a new stainless steel dishwasher and then discovered that there were some stains at the bottom of the face of the unit. We tried cleaning it but the stains didn't budge. I rubbed on the Noxon and let it sit for a while and then buffed it off (like wax on a car) and it took away all of the stains! A much better option that returning the new dishwasher.

Great product
After trying many cleaners unsuccessfully I saw a video on YouTube showing how to restore the chromed rims on my truck. In my case the truck was bought used and I figure the chrome rims were not cleaned in the 12 years the truck was on the road. The product and 0000 steel wool worked great. The rims look new and no scratches.
