Will buy Again
Had to try this Trader Joe's bar. I might have to get younger so i can continue to shop at Joe's, these were very very good. It was almost like you couldn't eat just one.

My favorite snack is Trader Joe's apple bars, which I have with my tea every day. This is made entirely of natural ingredients and is an excellent source of vitamins. At my house, this is everyone's favorite, and I always keep one packet with me.

Listen, ladies and Gents, this stuff is the real deal, now the pharmaceuticals will hate me for this, but I don't care. I was on a super-strong nerve blocker and still, it did not help. The pain was CRAZY!!!!!, someone hipped me on to Tumeric, at first it was only marginally helpful, then I was told about turmeric with black pepper, SHAZAM!!! that was the ticket. within 8 days I was off the Meds for pain and that was 4 years ago. I honestly just started using the Qunol brand with 1500mg for the past 6 months and if you can believe it, its the better than any Tumeric product I have ever used. I run, lift weights, and squats with weights. So, yeah this is the real deal baby! Do yourself and favor and Get some.

I use this product to reduce inflammation in my wrists. I have started osteo arthritis. When the inflammation is controlled, the pain is gone. It has worked for me for six months now. No pain anymore. No side effects.

Great for joint aches and stiffness
I have RA and prone to extreme inflammation. I don’t like taking prescription medication and try to find a natural resource. I’ve been taking this for 3 months now. I stopped for a week after my 2nd month to see if I can see any difference. During that week my inflammation increased causing pain in my hands and other joints. I’m not a doctor and would not recommend changing anything without a doctors recommendation. I only say this because I have seen the difference between taking these pills and not taking them. Please seek medical advice it helps me but may not help everyone. I take 2 every night before bed with orange juice.

I’ve had neuropathy pain in my feet for over 20 years. Tried everything medically available for relief but everything made me sick or dizzy. I even have an implant to help but it makes no difference. I stumbled upon some reviews of the benefits of tumeric and decided to give it a try. Three pills daily of the 1500 mg of Qunol and my feet feel at least 80% better. Finally, some relief!

It helps me with my inflammation.
Turmeric is amazing to help with joint health. My hub stopped taking it for a while, like maybe a couple of weeks. He had patella tendonitis in the past and received a cortisone shot to help alleviate the pain. Once turmeric wore off, the inflammation returned and he was practically incapacitated for a solid week. After resuming the daily turmeric, the inflammation has subsided (after icing, elevating, and taking OTC pain reliever/anti inflammatory, and then doubling up on the turmeric). This supplement is worth its weight in gold for him!!!

Pain Relief
I have arthritis in my knuckles. You can't keep taking aspirin and Tylenol. I heard that turmeric works and gave it a try. I take one at breakfast and one at dinner and have not taken an nsaid since. So far so good. We will see how it works in the middle of the winter.

Recommended by my sport science doctor for knee pain. Initially recommended to take 2g daily (that's 4 tablets) but have reduced this to 1g and still have complete cessation of knee pain. The pills are LARGE, hence why I've given the product 3 stars for 'easy to swallow'. But if you're experiencing joint pain and want an alternative to pharmacological intervention, highly recommend this product. And it works fast: had an immediate impact, with pain subsiding within 1 day of starting to take this.

Helps relieve arthritis pain
I am a hairstylist who’s been practicing for over 30 years. Recently my hand started hurting and cramping to the point of tears. I tried other tumeric supplements and they seemed to work at first. Awesome in reducing chronic pain.
The package was well wrapped and the bottle intact. The turmeric capsules are large but with liquid I can easily swallow two at a time. My research suggests that this brand is among the most effective and taken regularly with food, the turmeric helps ease my osteoarthritis.

I had an injury to my knee a couple years ago so there was a bit of pain but when I started taking Tumeric it started working and now I have no pain. But I take this every day

Worth the cost, easy to swallow.
This was dissappointed in the ingredients. It was exactly like one I bought at Costco, same milligrams and label. But upon examining the ingredients I saw it only contains Turmeric. In order for absorbtion it must be taken with black pepper! I'll be returning it.

I don’t have any way of knowing for sure. The pain isn’t less, but would it be getting worse without it??? They claim superior absorption. Got to take their word on that. But so expensive that I’m forced to shop them for a less costly source of turmeric.
