Great to clean coffee mugs
I do not wear dentures. I do, however, wear a dental guard at night because I grind my teeth as I sleep. The guard manufacturer suggested denture tablets as the best way to keep them clean between wearing. So, I purchased this kit (I needed the lidded cup). The tablets do a good job of keeping my guard clean and odor free. I did take off one star because the the cup is VERY cheaply made, and the lid will NOT stay attached over time (I'm sure) because the plastic tabs are quite flimsy. I take great care when I'm handling the cup each morning so that I do not break the lid off the cup. Also, the tablets are not easy to separate. The perforations are very small and it's easy to tear into a 2nd tablet while trying to detatch one from the set. My grandmother always used Efferdent when she cleaned her dentures, so I guess that's why I was drawn to this brand.

buyer beware, the solution does not completely wash away.
I use these to clean my retainers. I fill a cup with warm water, drop one of these in, and then put in my retainers. I think the directions say to leave for 5 minutes but I usually leave them for several hours without issue. My retainers come out crystal clear and sparkling again.

Great for retainers
I just wish the packaging was not so weak. When you pull them apart it tears instead of pulling apart at the perforated areas. Product works good though.
