Listen up Pre and Post Menopausal Women!
I struggled all my life with taking large pills, powders and elixirs, basically anything that has a medicinal or bitter taste. I kept hearing about this powdered collagen and decided to do my research ( it took me 3 months), to become an informed participant. I do not consume any medicine, synthetic or herbal supplements. I first looked at large bodies of evidenced based research to support why I should consider consuming this product. I found tons and decided to give it a try. First, I bought the single serve and shook it up in a 16oz water bottle, then prayed I would not throw up. Barely and I mean barely any taste whatsoever. Moved on to purchasing a single serve blender---poured 200 ml of organic milk, a splash of carnation milk, 1tspn organic agave, 1tspn organic cocoa powder, 1 scoop collagen powder and 1 scoop maca powder..AGAIN you can't even taste the powder and no after taste. Results...joint pain gone! Hair growth 1 inch in 1 month, nails are stronger (I like short natural nails), skin--bye bye fine lines and fine wrinkles (the ones you see in the 5x magnifying mirror). For the sake of clarity, my goal was to address some joint pain. The ancillary advantages/outcomes was not what I was seeking--but I am not complaining. I make the shake everyday and drink it after my Pilates and elliptical workout in the am. Oh yes, for us women of a certain age...pre, during or post menopausal, it reduced the flame on and in the heat of the night episodes by 90% --get your sleep back. I am a former ballet dancer and while I am in good health and maintain an uncompromising size 6, I know I was taking my health for granted. Thinking that I could still hitch my wagon to the good genes shooting star. Well all good things come to an end and I really should have been taking supplements all along. Joint pain is reduced by 70% and I'm very pleased. I am not a physician and just sharing my personal results/observations (unintended and intended). I'm still pretty shocked at the results, as I had no expectations of a positive or negative outcome whatsover. Please do your research!

Disgusted - Found a WORM In The Container!!!
So I wanted to wait a while to write a review, this way I could speak about this products benefits. I've been using this product for 3 months now - I started with the smaller sized container to get a good test run first. I do a lot of research on the products I put into my body, and this company checked out okay with what I had originially read. So quality, check. My first opinion with this product was the taste - when added to tea, if taken as suggested (2 scoops) you can definitely tell there is a taste. It is a mild taste, but a taste nonetheless. But it dissolved right into the hot liquid without any problems, did not change the color of the tea at all. So I decided to change my doseage - I put 1 scoop into coffee (no taste/no color change as I drink my coffee black) and then 1 scoop at night when I drink my post-workout (from another company). No further taste issues. What changes have I experienced: My hair is definitely growing quicker than before, but not incredibly speedy - so don't set yourself up for that expectation. My hair and nails are definitely stronger (which I needed after having a gel manicure twice a month for the last two years) My skin - definite improvement. I still get blemishes, that's just how my chemistry goes, but I've definitely noticed a glow, not over-oily etc. Also, I just overall feel better. So, if you're like me and read every review before purchasing a product, I hope this review serves you well. If you're curious, but don't want to commit to the larger container, get the smaller size and give it a test-run. I saw benefits after one month, combined with a moderately healthy diet (and drink drink drink your water!!), and the only thing I changed about my routine is adding a scoop of this powder to my coffee/shake. If you do not choose this product, buyer beware - check ALL the labels before purchasing. Cheers!

Listen up Pre and Post Menopausal Women!
I have been very happy with this product - the first difference I felt after a few weeks was that it helped me sleep. It contains glycine and if you look online there is research that shows that helps with sleep. I sleep for longer periods and if I wake up at night I can fall back to sleep quickly which has made a big difference in my general well being. Then after about six weeks my knees started to feel better which I think was the collagen, and now after a few months my hair is more shiny - all good things! It does have a taste - it isn't strong but I tried it with plain water and it needs some flavor to cover the taste. I don't want to add it to my coffee, and like drinking it cold. I found that flavored carbonated water like LaCroix is just enough to cover the taste, but it does not dissolve quickly in cold liquid. I was mixing it and leaving it sit on the counter until the lumps were gone, which could take as long as an hour. Some of the photos I have seen in the comments show lumps and I think they didn't let it sit long enough to dissolve. I finally came up with a method to mix it quickly and I wanted to share it. What works for me is: (1) Pour a small amount of the cold flavored water into a glass - maybe 2 oz. (2) Put that in the microwave and heat it until it is hot - about 20 - 30 seconds. (3) Sprinkle two scoops of the Vital Proteins into the small amount of hot liquid and stir it until it dissolves. It will dissolve quickly without lumps when it is hot. (4) Pour in the rest of the cold flavored water in the glass with the already dissolved collagen solution and mix that. If I want it colder I put in an ice cube. This would work for any cold liquid, you could add juice as well. Basically, the idea is to dissolve the Vital Proteins in a small amount of hot liquid first and then add the cold liquid to that solution. Hope this is helpful!

Good Stuff
A workout friend told me about this and how it’s good for your joints/workout recovery. I’ve been using it daily for 7 months and my finger nails are very strong and harder to cut with nail clippers AND my thinning hair has been growing back on top fuller as well as in length. Wow, I was not expecting that! I’m happy. Maybe it’s the extra quality protein source in my diet from this product? I’ve taken biotin for many years for my hair and I think it’s helped (and will continue to take) but Vital Proteins has been a night and day difference. I thought my hair was just thinning from getting older. Nothing has helped my hair as much as this has. My joints are feeling good, I do crossfit 4 times a week for over 3.5 years plus hike at elevation in the mountains for over 20 years. I wanted to keep my joints healthy as I age but this product has proven to do more! I probably started noticing the hair on top of my head after about a couple months ... seven months later my ends are finally filling out the noticeable gaps I’ve had for about 5-6 years. Such a pleasant surprise!!! ***UPDATE*** - been using this product for years now and recently I noticed it dissolves differently and I have to stir it more HOWEVER, I discovered why, it now contains hyaluronic acid (huge bonus for me!) which helps my hair/skin/joints even more!!! Thank you for this addition Vital Proteins!!!

Tip for mixing with cold liquids
LOVE THIS STUFF!! I have NEVER tried a product that gave me so many benefits! Lets start with my nails. They are as hard as acrylic. My nails never grow and I hate taking pills like biotin. With this powder, I pour it in a half a bottle of water FAITHFULLY every morning. Consistency is the key! I can't speak on my hair bc I keep it braided under my wigs. My joints, A GOD SEND!! I normally go to the chiropractor at least once a month and sometimes a whole week if I lifted weights too hard at the gym to get adjustments in my lower back. I also usually have knee pain when I do my squats. After about a week of taking this every morning, I haven't been to the chiropractor in 3 months! My back doesn't bother me. My knees don't hurt after workouts. I have gotten A LOT of compliments on my skin! I noticed I don't have those "pockets" around my eyes in the mornings like I used to. IT WORKS PEOPLE!

Great value
I purchased Lubelife lube because I ran out of the fleshlight water lube that came with my fleshlight and needed a replacement. After searching around for a while I decided on this and MAN am I glad I did. No loud odor and it feels fantastic. Now the consistency is a bit thicker than most water based lubes, but honestly I liked that. It almost felt a bit like lotion but the longevity and clean up is WAY easier.

Great slick stuff
My boyfriend and I have used plenty of water-based lubes. I would always get yeast infections due to the glycerin, or the stuff would have to be reapplied often because it tried up fast. This stuff is actually great, smooth, no weird smells, lasts long, and doesn't irritate me! yay! Arrived on time, is exctly what promised, a little goes a long way. We will be buying this again.

Top shelf lube
As read on other reviews, Lube Life really is velvety slick and long-lasting. This and it is water based, as life moves forward I prefer to have more natural ingredients, using silicone lubricants is somewhat like cooking with motor oil. water-based lubricant feels wonderful, and I feel like I am protecting myself and my lover!!! I love that it is Paraben free, glycerine free, silicone free, and oil free, ensures the delicate areas it is being used on are free from irritants. Slippery Love and Water based to make for a full satisfaction.
There is no handy dispensing pump on top of the container. My wife went to lube the toy by opening the spigot on the bottom and before we knew it, the lube had poured out of the container, under the bedroom door and down the stairs. We forgot about sex and used a snow slide to chute down the stairs and onto the lawn. Best block party ever.

Doesn't get sticky or gummy
Being a connoisseur of fine lubricants, and seriously disappointed with limited quantities on hand, I thought to myself “I wish I could just finally find a company that could provide me a 250 gallon tote!” Well Lubelife checked all the boxes and then some! I couldn’t place my order fast enough for two of these! Yes 500 gallons of top quality lubrication! So now what does one do with 500 gallons of lubricant? I’ll tell you exactly what I did... I have a 400 gallon spa which I filled with Lubelife and initially I had some fine tuning to do with my pump motors, heater, etc. but with some finesse, very soon I was soaking with my partner in soothing gelatinous pleasure! I do not recommend using the air bubble function on your tub due to trapped air in your fine quality lube causing cloudiness. Needless to say simply amazing pure ecstasy. Never mind the 100 gallons I had left over for bedside use!

Short: This is perfect for personal use, sexual use/anal penetration, and sex doll usage. Long: Masturbation/Solo Sexual Pleasure - it really resembles what soap would feel like but a bit better and it doesn't have any sort of side effects other than after a while after using that when you're sweaty down there and pull your penis out to pee that it'll be a bit more moisturized or sweatier than usual. But nothing much more than that. Feels really great. Sexual Intercourse - It's great for vaginal or anal, as Haley C and I tested it out :D. So with that, I went and used this and it went great and did what it was supposed to without any issues during or after. Just clean/dry out in the parts used of the doll and you're set. 10/10 for overall and 3/3 successful usages for the product. Will buy again upon running out, but given the size, it will be a long time before that happens as the bottle and amount given for the price is much as shown in the photo. Not much is required either I used maybe 2 dabs worth of it. 1 to get the moisturizer effect and then the second made it slippery and lubed all to heck. To cover/coat the moisturized bit so, in 2 dabs of this and not much at that, it did the job. Good stuff!

3 Hit Combo - Overall Useful For All 'Activities'.
Product was delivered while I was at work. None of my neighbors will look at me, 2 moved away. This stuff works great for personal lubrication, engines, transmissions, even great for frying eggs! BANG for your buck!
I was worried at first as some people said they felt it burning them. I have eczema so my skin is super sensitive about everything that touches it, but I have great news as it didn't burn me or leave me any damage! Packaging- It came sealed up under the cap. Which is always a plus for me as it wont leak during shipping and means it hasn't been opened. Also the cap is a push down pour cap which is another plus! The feel- It feels great and is definitely runny. This could either be a bad thing or good thing for people as I know some people like it thick this ain't it if you're looking for that. I'm using it for toys as it works great for it. I did notice that it does dry up but just by a little. So you don't have to worry about it drying up instantly after applying it as it definitely last through the session. This stuff can last a while as I barely pour much out of the bottle and it was enough to coat and get the job done. Cleaning up- It's easy to clean up as since it's runny it doesn't stick to you like thick lubes do. all you need is a wet rag or run water on yourself or your toy and you're good. Would definitely recommend for anyone that likes lube that isn't super thick or needs lube for toys! Also for people who have eczema like me or sensitive skin.

great product great for masturbation
Let me begin this review by sharing that I bought and used this lube primarily for solo sessions. Specifically, I was looking for high-quality, affordable lube that would work well with a popular brand of male toys that look like flashlights. For this specific purpose, and for couple's play I can extrapolate, this is has quickly become my go-to lube and one of my favorites. I had been using Passion Lubes forever, simply because they were so damn cheap and you could essentially get like a truckload for $20. However, the downside with them is that the lube, while affordable, was sticky, quick to dry, and left stains everywhere. This lube has none of those issues. It rinses easily, it lasts much, much longer than Passion Lubes and Shibari, and it doesn't get on or stain everything. This is the main lube I'll be buying, I am all about that #LubeLife now. ????

I love how well it works and how easy it washes away. I use it on my life sized ass doll cuz I'm a loser, BUT this water-based lube is something I will buy as many times as I need. I got two and it does the job. You may have to relube partway but I rather that than something smelly, staining, and hard to get off. 5 stars. Also, you get so much for the price.
