The Best Hands Down.
I don't even know who I was before I met you Cholula. You make everything better. I've forgotten other hot sauces and they mean nothing to me now. You're the only one I'd trust on pizza. You're the only one I'd buy 80oz of and know that I would use. Your taste is salty, spicy, sour and sweet at once. You make life worth living. I'm so glad we met.

Taste great. Overpaid
Runs thicker than Tapatio or Tabasco, less vinegary than Tabasco or Frank's Redhot. I wouldn't use it on chicken wings. I think it is the perfect hot sauce for Mexican food, not overwhelming the senses. Consistent and satisfying.

This is my new favorite! Unlike another popular spicy sauce it doesn't overpower you with vinegar taste. You really taste the flavors, spices, heat. Love it! My new go to.

This is a very nice tasting hot sauce . It's not particularly hot (at least to me) . Less heat than "Tabasco" , maybe the equivalent of "Franks" . The condiment has an understandable Mexican edge to it . I love hot sauces from all over the world , and this one has maintained a place in my pantry for some time now . Enjoy

I really enjoy Cholula; my family’s opino is there is no better sauce for crispitos or flautas. We also like the convince of ordering through here to avoid trip to the store snd buy unnecessary things if we only needed one thing.

Taste great. Overpaid
This hot sauce has an absolute perfect blend of spice and flavor. I've tried many types of hot sauces, and many are overly spicy with no flavor, or not enough - this is truly something you can use as an actual 'spice' - something you can cook with to actually ADD FLAVOR. Very enjoyable. *update* Jan 2012 This is still one of my favorite hot sauces on the market. I saw another review proclaiming "what flavor?", and to this I warn that though Cholula is full-bodied and flavorful, it can also be much more subtle than many of the other hot sauce brands. Beyond that, if you're accustomed to nothing other than the spiciest paint thinner there is, you have probably destroyed the tastebuds required to enjoy this wonderful hot sauce. By now Cholula has another flavor, "Chili lime", which tastes equally good (my wife likes this flavor better), and is also very much worth trying. The only other two hot sauces I bother with are Tabasco - both their Green Jalepeno and their Chipotle Pepper sauces are superb. The other hot sauces I've tried I feel forgo taste in favor of sheer spicyness - not what I look for.

Excellent flavor
I bought this in the wrong size. I thought it was the cute little travel size ones but its regular sized one and I'm bad at math. I just ended up with another regular size bottle which is actually pretty nice

If you want to add heat without the vinegar of sauces from Avery Island then Mexico's Cholula is the way to go. It's not overpowering and not too runny. It compliments dollar pizza very we'll find Little Caesar's to be inedible sober? Try Cholula, especially Chili Garlic. Eggs missing something? Bam, Cholula delivers. Diehard chili fans will deride it's lack of tongue scalding heat but if you need something handy to zazz up your meals, Cholula delivers.
