Prince Spaghetti is a popular brand of pasta that was founded by Charles and Marco Cocchiarella in 1912 in Boston, Massachusetts. The company was named after Marco's son, Anthony, who was nicknamed "Prince" by his mother.

Prince Spaghetti quickly became a local favorite, known for its high-quality pasta made from fresh durum wheat. Eventually, the company expanded its product line to include sauces, Italian-style breadcrumbs, and other Italian food products.

In the 1960s and 1970s, Prince Spaghetti became famous for its television commercials featuring Anthony Martignetti, a real-life boy from Boston who would run home from school to eat his favorite meal, Prince Spaghetti. The commercials popularized the brand and helped make it one of the most recognizable names in pasta.

In 1987, Prince Spaghetti was acquired by Borden, Inc. and later sold to New World Pasta Company in 1997. Today, Prince Spaghetti is still widely available in grocery stores across the United States and continues to be a popular choice among pasta lovers.

I Am Glad That These Are Healthy Spaghetti Pasta
I love pasta a lot and this spaghetti pasta from Prince is my personal favorite now. This pasta is made up of good quality flour but does not add up to my fat content. After boiling, the taste becomes super good and I add some spices, oregano and sauce for an enhanced taste.

This is by far my favorite pasta! I love the thickness, size and texture. It has ridges to hold your sauce. My favorite is to make sure it is al dente (firm) at 11 minutes or earlier.

I used to think pasta was pasta. Not so. This has a texture that is so much better than ordinary pasta. It holds the sauce just right, it tastes perfect and feels right - not mushy. A little more expensive than ordinary pasta, and worth every cent.

This good quality pasta arrived in perfect condition. You can also purchase a 24 pack of individual tomato sauce cartons that work great on this pasta. I add some of my own season's to the sauce and heat it in the microwave. I also cook the pasta in my microwave pasta cooker. This makes a really fast and tasty meal for 1 or 2 people.
