TX Venison Jerky
I used the Cajun flavor for the venison jerky, I cut the strips at 3/8 ", marinated for 3-4 days, preheat the meat to 165 F per USDA prior to dehydrating. I used a bit more seasoning quantity after reading all the reviews and the jerky flavor came out great.

I’ve used AC Leggs products for years and love it all. The Cajun jerky seasoning is the perfect blend of spices. If you like it spicier then sprinkle a little more on. I smoke my jerky and people love it.

Spice it up
This seasoning has great flavor, but you'll want to add a little more than what they call for. If not it lacks the amount of flavor that I really like. I do a heaping tablespoon per pound of burger when I'm making my burger jerky.
