Most Items paid and cleared before 11:am Pst will ship out the same day or the next day business day. Our goal is to get all paid items to our customer as fast as possible. We welcome Military (APO/AFO ect) shipments.We will ship worldwide. International shipments will ship via USPS priority mail in most cases and your tracking and confirmation number will be emailed to your account per paypal's email notification. We do combine shipments upon request and will offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases shipping to the same address upon request.
Delivery time:
In most case's domestic deliveries go out the same day if purchased before 12:00 pm PST. All other orders purchased after the cut off lifeline will go out the next business day. Most domestic shipments arrive with in 2-3 days via priority mail. Most international shipments delivery times may vary, the estimated time will range from 5-30 days depending on the service/distance the item has to travel.(please note international items may have to clear customs, which may cause a delay and in some cases additional fees during the delivery process, this is totally out of our control but doesn't happen often. The buyer is responsible for any in country fees that may arise upon arrival, this is on a by country basis and is out of our control. )
Buyer requirements:
Buyer has 3 days to contact seller and confirm payment arrangements on auction items. Buyer has 7 days to pay for item via paypal for auction items. Any item that is bid on and not paid for by a non-paying bidder will be reported to ebay immediately and proper procedures will be followed to receive credit for listing of items. Fixed priced items require immediate payment.
Return policy:
All sales are final as described and we do not allow returns. To keep cost down we are not able to honor returns for items. I love the design!
It is so beautifully made. Both mirror and wood have been used in its making because of which it looks more solid and attractive. All the details are perfect.

This Decor Plaque Is The Pride Of My Work Table
I got this as a gift from my friend and I am honestly very much in love with this. The build is premium with the combination of wood and mirror. It is strong enough not to break easily. The Alpha Phi Alpha design looks classic and beautiful. And the stand keeps it straight and balanced too!

The décor plaque of alpha phi alpha is made up of good quality wood. The finishing is very well done. It is a good décor piece. It looks nice in the office.

I like the carvings and the color. Also, I like the quality of the wood they used. I have ordered it for my home living room and it has given an elegant look to the long side table alongside the wall. I am planning to order one more as I want to gift the same to my sister because I like it so much.

I gave this as a joke to my daughter...
Just the usual mug for coffee, nothing impressive. My daughter enjoyed the message... seems something she always says. She got a laugh. I think a bit pricey for the product.

Paper company logo not included, poor quality, late shipping
I love the message. I first received this mug in a holiday yankee swap at work. I dropped it, also at work, and it smashed into 1,000 pieces. I loved the reactions in the office so much when they say and inevitably agreed with what it says, that I replaced it soon after the accident. I knock a star off because it is as generic a mug as you can find. It’s more novelty than amazing mug...just an amazing phrase on it. If it was a nicer, thicker mug I’d give it 5-stars. I really do loathe meetings.

I gave this as a joke to my daughter...
I hate meetings, but I love this mug! Yesterday, I ended up at a one-hour meeting that didn’t involve me at all. I needed a giant latte in this mug afterward. It made me hate my life a little less.
