Somewhat effective
This product worked really well. All the symptoms went away initially but later on it seemed to stop working.

Very Effective Against Those Menopause Problems
I have never seen any medicines work as effectively as these against menopause. I had a lot of issues because of these and then I started consuming Amberen. The effects were not completely visible. But when I started noticing clearly, I saw them. I had already got rid of night sweats and that was enough for me to stick to these.

It is truly a menopause miracle!

I can not tell you how thankful I am to have seen an ad for Amberen, and then tried it. I’ve been going through menopause for a while and it was awful. The hot flashes were unbearable. During one particular epic hot flash, I was lying on my couch, in just my bra and shorts, under the ceiling fan (on high!) while eating a popsicle. True statement! I won’t even start about the mood swings, night sweats, and chronic fatigue, or the fact I’ve gained 20 pounds. Yeah, menopause is just s*its and giggles and loads of fun for all! Won’t you join us? I was put on a prescription of a low dose estrogen pill and it helped a little. I saw an ad for Amberen, read the reviews (you never know if they are real or not), and out of pure desperation I tried it. After about 3 weeks I started feeling a change. Now, I would take the Amberen over my prescription in a second. This stuff was a menopause MIRACLE for me ladies!!! No more hot flashes, some night sweats but not too bad, and I do have moodiness but it’s not menopause; it’s all my spouse & adult son that make me lose my s**t. Amberen has made all the difference in dealing with menopause. For almost 2 years I'd been dealing with horrible hot flashes and sharp changes of moods. With a considerable amount of doubt I tried amberen. I honestly expected nothing out of this product because they are usually a hoax just to make money. I was shocked when my hot flashes stopped and my mood swings where far less! I sound like an advertisement but being able to sit next to my husband and hold his hand without feeling like I'm going to melt is very welcome! That guy still frustrates me but the mood swings are minimal making marriage better! Lol, convinced amberen isn't a hoax!

Worked...for a while
I purchased this in hopes of waylaying the lack of energy and hot flashes I was having. I am at the beginning of 'the change' and I was already getting irritated with it. I didn't have anything MAJOR like the horror stories I've heard, but it was nuisance enough to make it difficult to sleep, etc. With the mixed reviews of it working for some and not for others, I decided to take the plunge and hope for the best. SO GLAD I DID. I feel like the old me again, I have energy again AND I'm down to practically only 1 - 2 minor getting warm phases that only last a minute or so, instead of the 20 x a day for 10+ min. I just received my 2nd 30 day supply and plan on making sure that I keep this on hand. :-)

Omg I am very pleased with this stuff. I have to say I did find myself chilled throughout the day and tired. As i was taking at breakfast per instructions. So I switch to taking at night before bed. I sleep all night and wake up happy. Wow where has that girl been the last 15 years. Hello 30 days in and starting my next 30 days.

Like others I was extremely skeptical but thought what the heck, I might as well try it. The thing I needed the most help with is hot flashes. First I tried one of the hormonal creams (didn't do anything) so I researched different pills and decided on this one. I just finished the first box and am amazed at how much it helps. Within 2 weeks the hot flashes were much better. They went from all day and night to just several during the day and night. Plus the severity and how long they lasted was much better. All that is great but the thing I am the most amazed with is how much better I am sleeping! I am a very light sleeper and always woke up multiple times a night, even before hot flashes started, but still thought I slept decently. Since taking Amberen, I sleep so much better! When you sleep better you have much more energy and don't need to nap. Even if my next box doesn't improve on anything already mentioned I am beyond happy with it. One note about the msg in it, I am not sensitive to msg, like some are, so it doesn't bother me in the least. Even if I had general concerns about it, the results are so good I would still take it.

Ok, this is hard for me to believe but after reading reviews on this (and in desperation), I decided to give it a try for my INTENSE hot flashes and moodiness. After a few weeks, both had completely gone! I was having constant hot flashes and haven't had one for almost a month now.

Beyond happy I tried this!
I don't have, and have NEVER HAD, any of the typical symptoms of menopause, but I did feel stressed all of the time, and I had a lot of trouble sleeping, so I gave Amberen a try... I REALLY WORKS!!! It took about five weeks before I realized that it was working; I was going through a tremendously stressful time, but I was CALMLY DEALING WITH ALL OF IT, and I was sleeping!!! I was sleeping so well that I was waking up at 3:00am and getting up at 3:30am because I just felt like getting up!! Boy, did I get a lot DONE!!! And I was CALM!! (As I have ADD, and as I tend to get "scattered" and distracted easily, this was GREAT!!! Personally, I wish I could afford to take Amberen every day of my life!!!

Relief!!
I have been struggling with hot flashes and night sweats for over 6 months. I would wake up every hour on the hour at night. I would have a flash almost every hour on the hour at work. In the morning, I would sweat off my make up and my hair would get sweaty after getting ready for work. Not to mention that right before a hot flash came on, I would feel like I was coming down with the flu. Then there was the emotional lows and overwhelming feelings. I tried hormone replacement but insurance wouldn’t cover what my doctor recommended so I settled for what insurance paid for. It gave me unbelievable headaches and I didn’t notice it helping with any of my symptoms. I gave Amberen a try. Why not? After 2 weeks, my hot flashes are greatly reduced. When one does come on, it’s a lot milder than it used to be. I’m sleeping better and not waking up in a puddle of sweat. I also noticed that I’m not near as emotional like I used to be. Life seems normal again. Not to mention that I don’t have to stress about the side effects of hormone replacement therapy. THANK YOU Amberen for making this product.

IT REALLY WORKS!!!
I usually do not write reviews but I thought I should do this one. I have been going through hot flashes and night sweats for a good 2 years now and it is terrible and life changing! I started taking this and it took a good 3 months before it totally worked for me and it was amazing!!! Before taking this I was having at least 20-30 hot flashes a day and 5-10 during the night…. Terrible!! This took them down to 1-2 a day and none at night!! I felt normal again!! While I was taking these I did notice that when I took my daily vitamin and a couple other supplements that it lessened the way this worked and when I stopped the others is when this worked to its fullest. Unfortunately, the biggest con was that I developed high blood pressure and I believe it was from this. I did some research and it does indeed say that if you have high blood pressure, do not take this. So to end my review… this definitely works in stopping the hot flashes and night sweats but just keep your blood pressure in check while taking it. I had to stop taking so now trying to find something else.

I'm not sure if I'm jumping the gun by writing this review, but I took my first dose (2 pills) this morning and I only had one hot flash today, opposed to the 20 or more I was getting a day. Along with the hot flashes I would break out in a sweat on my face. I'm very self conscious about it and embarrassed. I'm 47 years old and this is fairly new to me. I've also been cold my entire life so being overheated constantly is very uncomfortable. I know the box says these pills take a month or more to work and maybe it's a fluke that my first dose worked so well, but I was so relieved and truly felt like a normal human being again today. I hope they continue to work. I'll be buying more!

No sweating today
I received amberen Thursday. Today is Saturday. I wrote up today feeling sick. Flu is going around right now so it could be that. I feel weak and tired but can't sleep unless I'm completely exhausted. I read the reviews. A lot of ladies said they started taking it at nighttime. Gonna try that. On a brighter note. I did have a few overheating but that could be because I was over exerting myself. It's February so....i had my winter coat on. But other than that I feel the hot flashes are subsiding. Didn't have one upon laying down for a nap this afternoon. THAT was awesome. Nothing like getting all comfy under your favorite cozy blanket knowing full well you'll be yanking them off along with as many pieces of clothing I can get away with. Definitely gonna keep trying it. Weight loss isn't a big deal for me. I'm single and have no interest in dating. Will try to keep updates coming as I keep using this amberen. Thanks Amberen makers. So far I'm very pleased. And it's only day 3. ??

Simply amazing
Like everyone else in these reviews, I wasn’t sure this would work for my ferocious hot flashes. I tried just about every other supplement out there and this was my last-ditch effort before caving and starting hormones. I’ve been taking this for about six weeks and saw a major difference by week two. I went from having at least one hot flash an hour, 24 hours a day (which resulted in terrible sleep every night) to NONE. I can’t believe it. I hoped this would help. I never anticipated that it would stop all of my hot flashes. I don’t know how this works but I don’t care - it’s saving my sanity!!

I was looking for an alternative to another product that contains black cohosh since my liver enzymes are high. That menopause formulation had an immediate effect, allowing be to sleep better (have been checking using my (Apple Watch sleep app) and overall feel better. This one took longer, but it is also helping me to sleep better and I don't have the black cohosh liver concerns. I am 52 and have been having intermittent periods, but this product brought them back to a more regular pattern, although light. It continues to have a positive effect on me overall. I only need 8 hours of sleep and I feel refreshed. No hot flashes at all. I really don't notice any adverse effects. I now subscribe to it.

It simply works! I have ordered several times. Spoke to their nurse and she recommended doing one cycle of 3 months, then waiting for a month or two and then doing it again if necessary. It took about a month, but I notice the difference
I have just recovered from breast cancer and now a breast cancer survivor, they started me on a medication that I will have to take for five years that has changed me to the worst I’m having no I mean I was having low energy mood swings hot sweats all of it that is written on this box.I didn’t think anything was gonna be possible to help me because the doctor says there’s nothing out there so I did some review on this particular product amazing I’ve been on it now a month I wish I would’ve went on it from the very beginning when I was feeling all the symptoms it’s hormone free estrogen free and that’s what I needed to worry about because the estrogen that’s what the doctors they’re doing is lowering the estrogen in my body, these are amazing

I took Amberen for 7 months religiously, sadly I had no relief of my extremely overwhelming hot flashes. I still have them and sadly they have gotten worse and more frequently. I get very little sleep because of how badly my hot flashes are. I'm 51 and have been having hot flashes for about 3 years now. The past year has been the worst so far. Amberen may not of worked for me, but they may work for you. I gave 5 stars because I'm not a meanie. I just wanted to share my experience with the product. They did not work for me at all, not even the other described issue, like mood, bloat, fatigue and such. It did not work for me at all. I truly wished it had helped me because I'm at my wits end. Wonderful
This pills worked wonders with my night sweats... it took about 3 weeks to really get into the system but after that the hot flushes stopped almost completely. What I found that worked better for me personally is that I took them before bed versus the recommended morning intake. I felt sleepy and had no energy when I took them in the morning. So I figured that would be better to feel relaxed and sleepy at night.... just purchased a second time. Overall they really work ladies.

Did not work for me
I've been using Amberen for a year. This is the best product ever! I'm calmer, sleep better and no hot flashes or night sweats. This product does what it says. The directions say you need to take it every day for at least 3 months to get results. I could tell a difference (and so could my husband and kids) after 6 weeks. I highly recommend this product!
