Amazing product
This review is for Brick Oven Baker. Brick oven baker is amazing! They have excellent customer service and sell superior products. I have ordered this flour through them in 20lb bags and it makes the best pizzas and pizza rolls! I use this as my oven only goes to 500 degrees but since discovering this flour, we don’t order pizza anymore. This makes excellent crusts and is so much better than ordering out. Also, extremely important, brick oven baker does not repackage in a facility that uses peanuts or tree nuts. So this seller is safe for those with nut allergies. I highly recommend this flour for those with lower temp ovens. I highly recommend only using this seller for your pizza needs!

Must have for pizza!!
Both the red and blue repack are amazing flour, a must have for exceptional pizza crust. I've cooked in my oven at 550° and on my grill at 1000° and I'm never disappointed. Perfect for the thin crust pizza lover. Still experimenting with minor adjustments in recipes but I'll keep on using this product. I buy the 20 lb. repack since I make 3-6 pies a week.

Great Pizza Flour
For people that want a great pizza flour for great pizza dough for the standard oven, that gits to only 500-550 degrees, this is just the best. I make the dough with 500g of flower, 300g of water, 10g salt, 20g olive oil, 7.5g active yeast mix it all together and i get enough to make 3 pizzas at about 170g each. Stretch it out and add toppings. Put it in the oven for 8 min and it's perfect. Eat it up yum!!!

Wonderful Flour
Ok, my friend got me interested in making homemade pizza. The Americana flour is made for ovens that only get 550 degrees. So with 1000g of flour, 580g of water, 5g of yeast 25g of salt, and some olive oil I made 6 dough balls of 270g that produced a delicious crust. I put the oven on 550 degrees, let my pizza steel get hot for an hour, put in the pizza for 6 1/2 minutes. Voila!

Fast service, great product and packaging
Beautiful chewy crust! I followed the directions on the bag and after proofing, I made a white pizza at 550 F. Holy smokes. Delicious! Great product and seller. It came very quickly and was packaged very well. The flour also was vacuum sealed in a bag similar to a coffee bag. I would order again from this seller.

I have been experimenting with this flour and have loved it so far. It makes a delicious dough and we bake the pizza's on a steel from bakingsteel.com I highly recommend you getting some and trying your hand at NY style pizza! I bought 20 pounds and was a little worried but I will used every bit of it making the best pizzas at home.

best pizza flour for toaster oven pizza
45 secs (15mix-15rest-15knead) in the food processor then 2hours at room temp then 2 days in the frig. Browns beautifully at 450F in 11 minutes give or take depending on moisture content of toppings.

Flour matters!
Saw a program on Vice, I believe, that showed the pizza guys from America who helped develop this! It was really fascinating, so I had to get the flour, because I take my pizza seriously!!!! LOL! Stuff really does make a difference. Get some!!!!
