it works
My chiropractor gave me this and I wasn't real sure after using it for awhile that it made any difference. I ran out for a while and immediately noticed that my "sugar levels" were not as stable and I'd get the shakes mid day. So, it really does work. She also said it serves in other purposes as a fairly good multivitamen.
