Who doesn't love Aunt Jemima Syrup. I remember eating it as a little kid on my pancakes and waffles. Sometimes it was more syrup than pancakes and waffles. It was still delicious, right. What I like to do is to heat up some butter and syrup together in the microwave then pour that baby over my food. The most heavenly taste in the world.

I could happily dive into a pool full of delicious Aunt Jemima’s syrup and live there! We fell in love with this stuff when my mother in law bought a bottle back from her holiday in Florida and we have a weekly tradition of having pancakes, bacon and poached eggs all smothered in AJ syrup each Sunday morning. My only gripe is the price. Yes I know it has to be shipped in from the US but it’s a real slap in the face to pay £10+ for a bottle here in the UK when you can buy it for a few quid abroad. Is it Sunday yet?? I need an excuse to eat some now I’m talking about it...
