Great product
This is a great product. It speeds healing, the silver staves off infection, and the the formula bonds to the wound slowing bleeding and keeping out germs. I always keep a bottle when hiking and fishing.

Seems like a good product alternative to antibiotic cream /ointment. Wish the spray wasn't quite so thin. It drips off the wound a little too much for me.

I have an allergy to sulfa drugs— including topicals. This is an excellent alternative. I have used it a number of times and it’s really helped speed healing and inflammation around the wound. This is not a liquid bandage

Great for treating Scrapes and Scratches
My family has used this product in the past for everything from sunburn to scrapes and burns. It is outstanding! The silver content is the highest we've seen and the fact it contains chitosan seems to provide more protection post application. We like that both of these ingredients are natural. That said, I understand some of the negative reviews by those who thought the product was a liquid bandage. I'm not sure why it is advertised that way? It is an outstanding non-antibiotic wound care product with a high content of silver. They should change the marketing

I combine this spray with BANDA-SIL gel and the result is great, my son loves both products, non stinging and heals fast. I love the fact that it is made with silver, the best antibacterial in the world.
