One of my favorite flax seed products!
It actually looked like pure flax seed that were fresh and not filled with fillers. When I mixed the seeds with yogurt, I experienced no gas. In my opinion Barlean's is an exceptional product. We get what we pay for. Not only is it fresh organic and full of nutrients. Best part is that it's already ground into flakes so it's easier for the body to digest!

Wanted to up my diet after going vegan and I honestly love this brand and their flax seeds so much! They stay fresh and crunchy and the taste is very good. I am able to cook with them, eat it in the morning as fibre, and as a snack as well!
