Returns and Replacement Policy
We have a strict returns policy for our orders. If you have ordered your item and have had it for thirty days or less then we will provide a refund or replacement. If you have had your item for longer than thirty days then we will not provide a refund or replacement. We require any damaged or defected items to be sent to our returns department. We do this as we need to take the defective item back to our supplier so that we get a credit note. Furthermore, it helps to distinguish whether item damage was accidental or not. Items must be returned with the original packaging, along with all accessories. Failing to do so will mean a partial refund for the returned item instead of a full refund.
To return an item please contact us via message. Your inital contact should state what the issue is and the outcome you would like; a refund or item replacement. Then use the pre-paid label to return the damaged item to us. Once received we will message you to confirm that we have received your item successfully and that we not carry out a replacement dispatch or a full refund. We will not accept return items if the packaging has been damaged during transit. We will not refund the shipping cost if the item is being return because it is no longer wanted; we will not pay for the return postage either.
