Returns and Replacement Policy

We have a strict returns policy for our orders. If you have ordered your item and have had it for thirty days or less then we will provide a refund or replacement. If you have had your item for longer than thirty days then we will not provide a refund or replacement. We require any damaged or defected items to be sent to our returns department. We do this as we need to take the defective item back to our supplier so that we get a credit note. Furthermore, it helps to distinguish whether item damage was accidental or not. Items must be returned with the original packaging, along with all accessories. Failing to do so will mean a partial refund for the returned item instead of a full refund.

To return an item please contact us via message. Your inital contact should state what the issue is and the outcome you would like; a refund or item replacement. Then use the pre-paid label to return the damaged item to us. Once received we will message you to confirm that we have received your item successfully and that we not carry out a replacement dispatch or a full refund. We will not accept return items if the packaging has been damaged during transit. We will not refund the shipping cost if the item is being return because it is no longer wanted; we will not pay for the return postage either.

Fits Perfectly And Is Durable

My BMW bonnet logo was damaged so I had to order a replacement. After searching for a lot, I got this and ordered. The logo is perfectly fine and durable. The colours and stickers have not faded yet and I hope they do not fade anytime soon. It fits perfectly fine and does not flush much.

I bought this for my new car. It really gave an attractive look to it. It was easy to attach the emblem. The price wa super affordable. It has been quite few weeks since I have attached it to my car and the strong hold have been maintained ever since.

Looks absolutely astonishing

I can't tell how much I love this emblem. The size is just perfect for my Beamer 5 series. The hook on this emblem inserts smoothly on the hole also it tights soo good that I not able to remove it now properly.

Premiuim quality badge for my BMW

This BMW bonet badge fits all series of BMW. It is perfectly fine and gives a new and premium look to the car. It comes with a plastic coating film at the top which protects its color and it looks like new everytime. The black color of this badge is awesome the quality of the badge is good too.

Internet is king, and most of us would have serious withdrawals should the internet go down for any extended time. So when I read the news that my town would be in the path of Hurricane Florence, I decided to buckle down and get something that could support our modem and router for an extended power outage. Prime shipping had this APC UPS battery backup delivered the next day and the system was very easy to assemble out of the box. Upon unpacking, you have to plug in the internal battery (disconnected to stay safe during shipping) which does briefly cause minor, but expected, sparking. The battery slides into place easily and the cover re-attaches with moderate effort. The battery is shipped mostly depleted, so do not expect this to power your devices for hours right out of the box. After about 24 hours of being plugged in, you should be good to go. We have a Google mesh Wi-Fi system, and this battery supports one of the wi-fi routers plus our Netgear CM700 modem. After owning this device for about 30 hours, we experienced our first power outage. The outage lasted for 3.5 hours and the UPS performed spectacularly. It immediately kicked in when the power went out and supported both the router and modem continuously during the outage. While this UPS comes with the ability to be monitored via a USB connection, I do not have that set up at this time so I don't know how much juice was left in the UPS after the 3.5 hours. This is one of the small drawbacks for this UPS, as it doesn't come with a built-in display to check load or battery levels. Once the power came back on, it switched back to the grid seamlessly. We had 4 more outages (lasting between 1 and 3 hours) over the next five days and the UPS had no problem powering our internet during that time. The device is heavy and certainly not designed to be proudly displayed on your mantle. The device prioritizes function over form, but I figure most users will be happy with this trade-off. It does not come with any advanced features, but provides great function at a lower price point ($57.15 at the time of this review, 9/18/2018). I will update this review if any problems arise with future use.

Pay Attention to which unit is being reviewed. This is the 600 VA unit.

Bought this because my Tripp-Lite finally gave out after 4 years. Hook everything up and there is a "building wiring fault" burning on the back of unit. I have never had an issue with any other UPS's in this plug. Contact support....they want me to get an electrician to check out my wiring...WHAT? Yeah right, I'm gonna hire an electrician to come over and check my wiring because their $58 piece of electronics says there's a problem with the wiring...nope....not gonna happen. It's going back and I'm getting another Tripp-Lite. This is a bunch of crap. Oh, and their tech people have to keep asking other people when you ask them a question..... Update: The seller reached out to me and replaced my unit with a step up. Sent me an rma for free shipment back to them. They bent over backwards to make me happy so changing my stars to 4. I would give it a 5 but the unit needs a readout on the front showing the status and battery strength like the Tripp-Lites have. Otherwise the unit is working great. Thanks for the great customer service! Update 7/10/17. This seller went over and beyond to make me happy. Sent a new upgraded unit which is working flawlessly. Thank you very much!

Keeps the wifi running during power outages

I WILL NEVER NOT HAVE ONE OF THESE. I cannot tell you how much money I have saved on replacement batteries, fried electronics, poorer battery life as a subsequent effect of fluctuating power, and blown fuses. I have bought FOUR of these. Yes, four. One for just the router; one for my TV with PS4 and any other attachments; one for my husband's laptop, monitor, Switch, and chargers; and one replacement because Georgia's power grid is sketch and blew one of my UPS. IT COULD'VE BEEN MY WHOLE SETUP INSTEAD and I'm SO glad I had this UPS. I paid a lot of money for my devices of entertainment and I will not lose my fun investment to ratchet electricity. (Ignore the rats nest of cables -- he doesn't subscribe to twist ties.)

Cannot live without these

I have several of these in my home. Some larger, none smaller. I use the larger ones for my computer but these I use hooked up to my TVs, cable box, lift chair, adjustable bed and my electric fireplace. Why, you ask?!? Because I'm disabled and these UPSs protect from surges AND they allow me to lower my bed or chair if the power goes out. I'm not stuck in a position because of dead batteries. Try one with your TV and cable box and you won't be made next time your power does a surge and your cable box taxes 5 minutes to reset and you were watching a good show and missed the best part. I convinced family members to try it and they are ecstatic. These are the perfect size to fit behind furniture, they can protect from surge and/or have the battery backup. The customer service with APC is awesome and their warranties are unbeatable. Any problem with the battery they replace it no questions asked. I live in central Florida so this product is put to use repeatedly during the summer. I highly recommend APC-UPSs and strongly suggest if you are hesitant to give them a try, you will NOT be sorry.

Router and Modem affected by UPS placement.. Otherwise works as Advertised!

I purchased this 600VA, APC Back-UPS (BE600M1) to replace our aging APC 650ES model. It was having problems with the on/off button, so I decided to just replace it. This unit is only used for my wi-fi router and cable modem. They are the only things plugged into the battery backup ports to maintain internet when the power goes out in our house. This unit gives me over 2 hours of internet backup for my modem and wi-fi router. I have another APC battery backup for my desktop. I always use APC UPS and will continue to use them. They can be used in stand alone mode or you can download "Power Chute" software to change even more options. The one that runs my desktop is for my iMac. It is compatible with the "Energy Saver" software already on the Mac, so there is no need to download the Powerchute software. I have it set to soft shutdown my iMac when the battery power is less than 15% charge left. I would recommend this unit to anyone with a smaller computer, or to be used with modem/router for backup power.

An Avid APC-UPS user

When I lived in my old 1905 San Francisco apartment, i knew electricity isn't exactly the most reliable. So I wen't ahead and purchased one of these as a failsafe. I've had my first one for 3 years and had to replace the battery only once. It' worked perfect for my gaming laptop and work laptop plus all the network needed to run in an apartment. I went ahead and gave it to my roomate when i moved out. So I bought myself another one when i was building my new computer this year. Assuming that it was going to work just as great as before, I DIDNT THINK ABOUT THE 750watt Power Supply and 2 Ultra Wide monitors when making this purchase. 80% of the time, it works fine. The other 20% of the time it overloads and beeps when the computer is under heavy load (i.e. playing a video game) nothing like playing a game and hearing that high pitched overload sound. This specific Power Supply Unit, says 600VA... VOLT AMPS. Converted it only supports 330 WATTS. I can't stress this enough. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT WATTS, NOT VOLT AMPS. Moral of the story, anyone that knows how to do math can tell that 330W < 750W. Don't make the same mistake I did. Epiloge: I went ahead and upgraded to the APC UPS 1350VA Sinewave UPS and it works great covering all my computing electronics. not only does it normalize electricty noise, it also has a front Display that provides useful information. And 1350 Volt Amps is equal to 810 Watts.

Great product, so great I ordered it again, there's one catch though.

Product being reviewed: "APC Back-UPS ES850G2" Product is compatible with Synology's recent 920+ (and most likely the rest of them). The NAS safety shut down after unplugging the UPS. After re-plugging UPS, the NAS booted up automatically and displayed no errors. UPS was stated to be reconnected and no issues were displayed. For new users like me, note I used the "Powerchute" USB Data Port (located behind the unit that looks oddly shaped) and the NAS recognized it immediately. I have not attempted to connect the NAS to the front 2 USB ports. I assume it to most likely not work anyway. In addition, I noticed the Building Wire Fault (BWF) function worked successfully. I tested numerous outlets within the house and found only 2 outlets to contain the red light BWF notification. I am amazed I never found this issue with other surge protectors connected to these outlets. I cannot attest to the legitimacy of the BWF notification as I have not repaired the wiring yet, however there are numerous reviews online that state that the APC UPS line up is more than accurate compared to other test methods. Included with Product: - UPS unit - USB to USB Data Port (Powerchute) Cable - Quality Assurance Test Receipt (Never knew this was a thing!) - No, this does not mean it's a used product. - Documentation Product works as stated.

This is a GREAT Battery Backup if thats all you need. The ONLY purpose of a backup is to safely shutdown your computer if the Power Goes Out. This USB connected device will do that. Unfortunately thats ALL it does. If you experience more power sags and brownout than outages or want more time to play/work you'll want the 1500VA version of this product. - http://amzn.to/2l5yotr - The longer battery life of Big Bro will let most people work right through minor blackouts. Its a very nice unit but I'm going to add the 1500v and use the 600VA for the monitor and Cable modem this will probably boost my working time to 1+ hours on battery (see pic - currently I only have 7 mins - autoshutdown). My advice - If this is all you can afford - Get It!! Its a great device and will protect your SSD from blanking itself if the power suddenly goes out BUT if you can upgrade. I have just started using my UPS and have only barely tested the functions but I have high hopes. I decided to buy a UPS during a storm. For a while, my power was going out for short bursts and eventually the power went out completely. The original power losses where short enough that had I not working on my Macintosh computer at the time, I would not have noticed. With each loss, my computer would shut down and, being me, I would start it back up and continue working. (Kudos to OS X for not loosing my place.) After a while the power went out all together. I decided that though the Mac was making it through the power cycles that I really shouldn't have done tried. So I found this battery with the hopes that it would take me through small outages and then, if I was using it, it would give me enough time to shut down and let it be. Additionally, I thought I might be able to use the remaining charge to charge my phone during longer power outages. After hooking up the UPS and getting the battery charged, I noticed that there was a USB cable in the box. What's this? Doing a little research, I learned that the cable connects my USB to my computer. Better, Mac OS X is already setup to let me configure it to shut down the right way when the power goes out. I hooked it up and configured it. Now, when I pull the plug on the UPS, a warning message pops up on my Mac warning me about the problem and saying that it'll shut down soon. It's that easy. The manual described additional software that Windows users may need to download. I have not looked into that. As a side note, the unit did put out some electrical odors when I unplugged it. Hoping that's just a "new device smell." Also, the unit came with instructions to hook up the battery before using it. They apparently ship it with the battery unplugged for safety reasons. I'm guessing that some of the negative reviews came from people who didn't read that note.

GREAT Product but Low Battery Time for Most PC's

I used to have the older version of the 850VA. It was a great buy back then. This one is just as high quality. I bought two - one for my entertainment equipment (modem, router, PS4, Roku, AppleTV, sound system) and another for my desktop PC (desktop, monitor, speakers). I downloaded and installed the PowerChute desktop software that connects to the backup battery to monitor its status. It works very well. After a full charge, it says the battery runtime would be anywhere from 23 minutes to 32 minutes. It all depends on how much stuff you have plugged in. It also gives you a little feature to calculate how much energy is being used by the battery supply. I tested both units by plugging in my devices, plugging in the unit to the outlet, powering on, and then removing the plug from the outlet. Not a blip with any of my devices. You can hear a small sound from the battery when it switches from AC to battery and back, that's normal. I live in Texas and the weather last week made me realize how unprepared I am for disasters. When power goes out, that doesn't mean the cable internet connection is also gone. I felt so vulnerable without a connection to the internet because the nearest cell tower also lost power. With my modem and router still on, my internet connection would remain on, giving me a chance to see what's going on online and then figure out a plan. Knowing that I have 30 minutes of backup power to get myself sorted makes me feel much more prepared. I will always use APC for this stuff. 100% reliable.

Better than I hoped

I have an internet modem, wifi router, security camera base station, and a media only computer plugged into this. When the power goes out it allows me to shut down the media computer gracefully, keeps my internet up and running, and keeps my wireless camera security system up and running as well. With my surface tablet running on it's battery and the UPS keeping my internet up, I can stay connected so I can check on the status of the power outage on the electric companies website and to stay in touch with family during the power outage. Using the modem, router, and camera system on the UPS gets me about 2-4 hours of power. Usually plenty of time for the power to come back on. Only down side is depending on how big or the orientation of your plugs, you probably won't be able to plug in 7 devices. I could only fit 4, but that was all I needed. Recommended.

Definitely worth the money

My home is an area of coastal South Carolina that recently experienced some damage from Hurricane Dorian. There were many damaged trees and multiple downed power lines that took out our service for several days. Now that our power outage as been restored, my local utility continues to have power "blinks" for a few seconds which not only wreak havoc with my clocks but especially with my Dish satellite receiver and attached hard drive. When the power goes out on my satellite equipment, even for a moment, it will no longer automatically record my selected programs until I reset the equipment. Arghh!! I bought this APC UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector to protect my satellite equipment from those blinks and to stop having to do those annoying receiver resets. This UPS arrived with the internal battery disconnected and instructions for how to open the battery compartment and connect the battery, which I did. Setup was simple. There were enough outlets for me to connect my satellite receiver, my Ethernet switch and my "smart" DVD player for battery backup, plus my video projector for surge protection. Paradoxically, within minutes of getting all of my equipment up and running again, I experienced another one of my utility power "blinks." But since all of my equipment was protected by the UPS, it never missed a beat. I like being able to replace the internal batteries when they finally go bad. One of the features that I choose when buying APC UPS battery backup equipment is the ability to replace the battery. That way I can greatly extend its useful service instead of discarding an entire UPS. The BE600M1 has that feature.

Works well, lasts long

The unit didn't function correctly right out of the box. I'm the opposite of techie and I thought that before using it, maybe the unit needed to be plugged in for several hours so the battery could charge. I called Customer Support to ask that question and was told No, it should work. Jamie (Jimmy) asked several questions about lights and beeps which I couldn't answer, because I wasn't next to the unit. I'm disabled and needed time to get to the basement, which is where the unit is plugged in. Long story short, Jamie gave me his extension and asked me to call back when someone could be next to the unit so he could diagnose the problem. I called back about an hour later, was on hold just briefly, and then connected to Jamie. He was very patient with me. We determined that the battery was malfunctioning, and a replacement would be sent to me. Within minutes, I had an email from APC confirming this, and another email with a return label so I could return the bad battery for recycling. This is my second APC. The first one lasted for seven years and saved me during many power outages. As long as the customer service is this efficient, I'll keep buying these units.

This Review is for the 600 VA Model

I have had this now for I think almost two months. I use it as a back up battery for a DVR and two 12-volt security cameras. It replaced a much more powerful Cyberpower 1500 AVR, which last five years so I have no complaints. The replacement batteries for that unit cost more than this new one. I got this unit because we were entering Florida's bad storm season and, as it was, for months I was having brown outs in my house, sometimes twice a day. (Those also stopped because I started keeping logs and sent complaints to the power company) but anyway, when the brown outs, or sags, occurred, it would knock my DVR off and then system would shut down. It was getting to be a nuisance, and I spent a lot of time troubleshooting -- was it my DVR going, my router etc. It turns out it was the sag, or abrupt power outage, that wreaks the most havoc with power equipment. So these sags starting up around January, 2020, increasing in frequency, was causing a lot of problems with my system, and causing stress to my equipment. I can't emphasize enough, if you have important electronics, do yourself a favor and get some battery back ups, at least if the power abruptly goes out, it will give you a chance to turn everything off, things like the TV, the stereo, your security cameras -- though for those you'd want a stronger back up to keep them running. We had a bad storm a year ago and my two Cyberpower back ups kept my six security cameras and DVR running for four hours. Anyway, this smaller, and much more affordable system has done a great job when we get hit with a slag. Putting complaints in writing to the power company also help, because those folks will get sloppy. I would recommend this if you have three or four low volt devices. It is easy to use, arrived on time, I spent 24 hours making sure it was all charged and it has done a great job! I cannot comment on the wi fi that was listed here, because I don't believe a back up battery comes with wi fi -- so I don't know what that was about. The battery back up does have some other features, such as software so you can control it with your computer, but that is not needed for my purpose. This was a good-priced battery back up that I needed in a pinch, made by a good company. When I have the extra money, I will replace the other batteries for the stronger unit. You can never have enough battery back up if you live in an area with lightning storms.

5 stars for customer support

At least once a week, our power tends to flicker for a second or two. This is enough to cause us to lose our internet connections as the modem / router resets itself. My wife is teaching from home due to COVID and can't have down time during the day. I purchased this battery backup strictly for our xfinity modem/router which also provides wifi to the house. I have no desire for any of the fancy features of high tech battery backups nor did I care to attach this to my laptop. This worked great as I took it out of the box, connected the hot terminal wire per the instructions, plugged it in to a standard outlet, and then plugged the modem into it. Up and running in a matter of minutes. Best part is our power has flickered twice in the last two weeks and we did not lose the internet connection. Thus, it works like a charm! Back up battery took care of the power problems

I haven't actually even installed it yet but it's been so long since I've seen product support material written in real English that I had to yippee about it so, YIPPEE! Even though hooking up a UPS is super simple and broken English would have probably worked, I was just extremely happy to see UE again!! It's been a while...and QUITE a while since I've purchased new hardware of any significance so 10 stars and a kiss to Schneider Electric! BE ADVISED: If you purchase one of these models with a replaceable battery, the battery will have to be removed to hook it up and the ground wire was already connected on mine so don't just dump it out. ALSO be advised that the hot cable/wire is quite stiff and the connector is quite small so, if you're older and/or have arthritis or other issues with your hands, you may need someone to hook up the battery for you. I don't have arthritis but I am older and it took me a few minutes to achieve an angle I could maintain long enough to line up the wire with the connector so I could push it home. It would have taken a stronger person about a second. The battery should be replaced every 5 years so you might want to note the date. There's an inspection sheet taped to the side of mine, dated Feb 13, 2020 but the printing is so faint, I doubt it will be readable for even one year, let alone 5. I can only barely read it now with both my cheaters and lighted magnifying glass.

Wifi Router and Modem Backup - So Far So Good

For a long time I didn't understand that any given Back-UPS unit is going to keep any given PC (and more) up and running if a power outage were to occur. When I finally came to understand that fact I settled on this particular Back-UPS model. (I based my decision to buy it on the many positive reviews for it.) I connected the battery wire inside of it and then I hooked the unit up to my Desktop PC by way of the USB cord that came with it. There wasn't a CD software disk provided with mine (and I assume there wasn't supposed to be one) but I did locate and download from the APC website the particular edition software that works with it. I installed the software without a problem. I immediately went into the settings and disabled all the alarms inasmuch as I don't want to be inconvenienced by them going off. I have not had a power outage yet so I don't really know that this unit is going to do what it is supposed to; however, all indications are that all is well with it. If there is anything of value to add to this review after the fact, I will post it. I am not disappointed so far. Edit (July 8th, 2016): Today we had a power outage (lasting a few hours) and the unit did exactly as I was hoping it would. Only my desktop pc was plugged into it at the time and when the outage occurred the pc stayed up and running. It allowed me to turn off the computer in the normal manner. The battery recharged back to 100%. I love this thing! Glad I bought it.
