Item doesn’t come in bag shown
This tastes AMAZING but I am SUPER disappointed that it did not come in the bag as shown, how am I know that they have not been tampered with? Very strange that they did not come in the bag and came in clear paper instead ....

So far the strawberry is my favorite flavor. It’s not as strong tasting as the other berry flavor. I drink these in iced tap water but make sure to stir really good. They are best cold. I use a big glass. I think it’s 20 ounce glass. It’s not very good room temperature in my opinion. I drink them when I’m not feeling good or feel dehydrated. I like that it has real sugar in them. I haven’t tried the lemon flavor yet.

Great stuff
I’ve been buying these for over a year now. I’m in the heating and air business and I’m always in hot attics and need something to keep my hydrated as I sweat so much working. I’ve recommended them to many workers and they are now loyal customers of this product as well. Great flavor too!

Very good flavor
Tried these in the strawberry flavor and though the taste of it is good it’s a little too “sweet” tasting for my liking. I water it down a lot to get rid of the sweet taste.

Great flavor and hydrates fast!
Have one of these bad boys before drinking and you’ll wake up feeling like a million bucks the next morning. Haven’t had a hangover in 6 months since these little packets of hydration came into my life. Not to mention how tasty they are.

All my life I have struggled with dehydration issues no matter how much I drink. Unfortunately, this has left me on a first name basis with a few different gastroenterologist. After many years I finally found a doctor that instead of wanting to prescribe medication, they suggested I looking try hangover options to hydrate my body. There are so many options out there for hangovers! I’m a light weight so two beer max and even then it’s maybe once a month. As I type this, I haven’t had alcohol in over a year! Clearly alcohol wasn’t the issue is my point, but the vitamin packed hydration options in hangover ‘cures’ out there was the suggestion so I have it a try. Some may work for hydrating but taste awful. Going to an IV bar can be rather pricy. Then I came across Liquid IV. I’ve only tried one that I wouldn’t buy again, the taste wasn’t bad but it had a smell with it. I keep a stock pile of Liquid IV in a few flavors now and have had considerably less issues with dehydration.

Solved my dehydration issues
Liquid IV has been a complete game-changer for me. I work a very physical job in no AC for 4 days a week, 10.5 hours/day. Before I was introduced to Liquid IV, I was constantly chugging water/Gatorade/Body Armor/whatever and getting absolutely nowhere. I’ve been through kidney failure (as well as heart and liver failure) so I do my best to stay at least somewhat hydrated at all times, but especially while I’m at work. I was slamming fluids but not getting ANYWHERE. By the time I got home my kidneys would hurt so bad I would be in tears. During the evenings and on my days off I would try and compensate for the fluids I lost while working, but when I got even *slightly* regulated, it was time to go back to work. I was in a vicious cycle that was rapidly taking its toll on my body and most importantly, my kidneys. The damage from the failure is permanent and I was debating leaving my job over the inability to take care of my vital organs properly. Then, my (phenomenal) doctor mentioned Liquid IV. I came home, looked it up and decided I’d give it a shot.. Two days later, I was at work and was actually REHYDRATING!!! Liquid IV has made it possible for me keep my job while without running the risk of hospitalization. It really does work that well! No more tears after (at times, during) my shift, no more drinking water via alarm to compensate—no more worry! I’ve only tried Strawberry and I like the flavor. It does take a moment to get used to, as it’s not super sweet like Gatorade or Powerade.. but it also doesn’t contain anywhere near the amount of sugar the aforementioned brands do either. The fact that it works on a cellular level is what has made such a difference for me. I’m not drinking just to turn around and sweat it out—or run to the bathroom—shortly after. I keep one of the 3 bags in my car and several packets in my work bag so I can just add a packet into my water bottle when it’s time to refill. The price may seem a little daunting to some but it’s worth it, especially if you have similar health issues as mine. I plan on trying other flavors but the 3pack purchase makes better sense when you use it as often as I do. Seriously, this product has literally changed my life. If you’re looking for something to help you get the level of hydration your body needs, get Liquid IV. I’m a customer for life!

Great Hangover Remedy
I honestly ever write reviews but this stuff is AMAZING! I’m a 5 year post op Bari patient and can assure you that I will always be dehydrated due to the lack of consumption. But before you guys comment on the sugar content please be aware that it has not affected my sugar levels and has not made me gain any weight. I’m still very small and it has helped me with my workouts and also is helping with absorption with vitamins and my skin looks even better. I have only purchased the strawberry flavor but it taste incredible. I am so happy I have found this product! Thank you I have now subscribed with auto ship!

I’ve been using Liquid IV for close to 4 years now. I love them! I’ve tried all the flavors but the strawberry is my favorite. Although these seem highly priced they are worth it! I’ve suffered from migraines and these have really helped with prevention. Of course that’s not a promise that they will help everyone with Migraines because migraines are trigger specific. I would say I do water down the packet because I think its too sweet for 16 oz of water.

Has helped with my Migraines
I saw these at Costco and wanted to try all the flavors first. Strawberry is the first I've tried and really good. its a bit sweet for me so I use 1 packet per large 30oz water bottle. Like all hydration powder, it's a bit salty taste. I usually get berry pedialyte plus, this is a good less salty and creamier tasting. I'd probably equate it to those chinese new years strawberry hard candies. If you like those, you'll like this. For the longest I've been trying to drink more water, but I just cant finish the amount I want. With these, I've had at at least 1 full 30oz with mix and 1 30oz regular water during work day, then a 16 oz of each with dinner. I've only had this for 5 days now and let me tell you, my pee has never been lighter. I usually have varying degrees of headaches to migraines weekly, but this work week I had minimum morning head pressure. If you don't/hate drinking water this is it. I'm going to try the rest of the flavors before committing to a bulk costco bag of one flavor. So far so good though with strawberry.

Delicious. But not for me!
I had the strawberry flavor. While I think the flavor is pretty good, the best part is that THIS STUFF works. I have terrible adhd, and my meds make me so thirsty. No matter how much water I drank, it would sit like a lump in my stomach. I would still be thirsty, and the water was sitting in my stomach. Then I read online that sometimes, if your electrolytes are off, it can cause edema-which is water retention (which they can be if you empty your bladder as much as I do because I drink TONS of water). This is expensive, but still a great value for the money. So glad I decided to get Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier.

I am finally feeling hydrated.
Really delicious! I've been drinking the passionfruit version for a couple of years now and I can understand why the strawberry one is so popular now! It is delicious. If you are having a hard time keeping up with your water drinking aspect of your diet, this makes it super easy. Shelf life varies. In the past sometimes the little packets harden up. You want to make sure you use this on a regular basis to prevent it getting ruined. I don't think it goes bad, but I'm pretty sure that as soon as a small amount of moisture gets inside of the packet it activates the chemical reaction That's probably makes it less useful.

Amazing
Full disclosed I am not young anymore and I shouldn’t act like one. The first time I tried this I tried to go out drinking with my 21 year old co-worker. It didn’t end well. The next morning was just as bad. She was bouncing off the walls and I felt like I had been run over by a bus. She gives me a pack of these and within an hour I felt back to normal and fine. Maybe this is the new way 20 year olds do it I don’t know all I know is if I ever plan to drink now I have 1 before I start and 1 before bed and 1 when I wake up. Hangovers gone!

A great way of improving your water
This stuff saves me all the time when I feel dehydrated and tired. I could drink it every morning like a coffee drink. It literally gives me energy. I do not drink coffee...I do think I have some sort of deficiency and get dehydrated fast so this may not give everyone a burst of energy like it does me...but I LOVE IT! Strawberry is the best! I just mix half a packet with a water bottle because a whole one tastes too strong

Great for hangovers
My water intake hasn’t increased, but I feel like I definitely notice a difference from when it’s just plain water vs. water with one of these. I do tend to have dehydration issues, so I wanted to give them a shot. Maybe it’s all in my head, but if it makes me feel energized and gets me through the mid-day slump without getting hyped up on caffeine, that’s worth it for me. I’ve tried strawberry and acai berry (I think that’s what it’s called) so far and strawberry is definitely the better one.
