Only creatine pills I'll ever use. Definitely feel it working after 2 weeks. Never sore after workouts were as before when I'd start up I could be still sore for 3 days after. Pills are so much better than powder mix anyway.

Good but...
I was searching for Creapure which is a proof of a certain quality. Mostly you get it only as powder but this is not an option for me, the taste is horrible for me. I'm really happy with this product and nothing to say against it.

This is a big bottle and I'm not taking as much as they recommend because of some minor kidney issues right now, but I do notice a difference. My workouts are better. I feel stronger, but it's not anything dramatic so it's hard to tell whether it's just me or if this is helping. I did start working out more when I started this. So far so good and no stomach issues.
