This review is for BadAss Pool Supply O-Ring Rebuild Repair Kit for Pentair WhisperFlo/IntelliFlo. I needed to replace the bearings on my 1.5 HP Pentair WhisperFlo pump/motor (manufactured in 2012) and I purchased this kit in order to replace all the seals during reassembly. The kit is complete and contains all the required seals/gaskets and O-rings; it also includes the shaft-seal, lubricant for the rubber O-rings and an instruction sheet. It does not contain a silicone sealant, which some instructional videos suggest should be used (so you might want to purchase this separately). Having completed the bearing replacement, I am very satisfied with this kit and I would purchase the same again, if needed.

Great kit for rebuilding the gasket and seals for a Pentair Whisperflo variable speed pump. Lot's of You Tube videos online. All very straight forward. Take your time and make sure that mating surfaces are clean. Pool guy said the pump was shot. $1400 for a new one plus installation of course. Less that $50 in parts and a few hours of my time and it was back online and I suspect I'll get several more years of use out of it. Parts were shipped promptly so minimal downtime.

Quality product
Searched online for a replacement video and once I had that replacing these was a breeze. Every part I needed was in the bag just needed some tools. Sure beats paying someone else to do this or buying a whole new unit when you don’t have to.

Inexpensive kit to revive expense pump
Product is as described and appreciated. I am not sure the seal surface is ceramic. It looks like plastic to me but it is from American seal so I guess it is good. Be sure to follow product instructions rather than some U Tube videos that have wrong silicone use.

Once you check on YouTube how to install, it's easy install. Kit provided every part except wheel bearings for the pump maintenance.

My gosh! $23 to rebuild the seals on my leaky pentair pool pump. It was literally leaking so bad that it was wetting over 100 square feet of concrete. I have no experience with pumps, but I can follow directions. I viewed the YouTube video for a similar pump twice, which I recommend, and replaced all the seals. The next day, the cement had dried, and no leaks whatsoever!!!! Thank you BadAss!!! Great product. I would have paid my pool guy $150 to rebuild the pump. I highly recommend this product.

pool pump stopped working. ordered a new pump. while taking it apart from the seal plate bolt inserts broke out. My pool water was getting green so had to get a seal plate fast. Got it in 2 days got the pump back together and installed all is working and the pool water is slowly clearing up. thank you for the prompt delivery.
