Best in taste
This ham is perfect to carry and I have it in between work,
travel, picnic and where not. This tastes so yum and
super healthy at the same time. The quality is unmatchable
and I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Fully cooked
The ham is awesome. It is fully cooked and is ready to eat. It is easy to carry and is a good source of energy when hiking or trekking. It also use it in salads.

best small canned ham sold in my opinion
These are not exactly the same DAK ham made in Denmark that I remember. But they haven't been that for many years. These are more chopped and processed and have more fat. Nevertheless, they are tasty and very convenient for use in omelets, casseroles and other recipes. A very mild cure -- not very salty, as ham goes, and not at all smoky.

Shelf stable option
I was skeptical at first because of the reviews...but this is definitely worth it tastes exactly like spam and it came in mint condition it was salty but I like salty things. If you like spam and salt I recommend you get this.

Great for a snack-type situation
This was certainly not the product I ate in my youth. The ham appeared to have been put through a meat grinder and was held together with some type of jellied product. It had absolutely no taste. The product is awful and definitely not worth the money I paid for it. I guess products change. Kind of sad actually.

Save your money and pass this up.
I tried this for the first time and was very impressed by the taste and quality of the meat. I sliced into 1/2 thick slices in frying pan with 1/4 cup of water after rinsing off the gel on the outside to remove most of the salt and it worked, no strong salty taste at all, added a splash more water to the pan when done and made a little gravy for the potatoes. Very easy to cook and 4 year shelf life for emergencies. If you are hiking you don't want to wash out the salt as you will need that to stay hydrated fyi..

A very good ham. A lot better than spam. Cans were not dented. Arrived a few days ahead of schedule. Not salty. Very good when BBQ. I have arthritis in my hands and it was very easy to open the cans.

Tasty ham and easy to open cans
I am so pleased with this product. The ham has a great flavor. It is also just the right size for me. I plan on buying two or three more of them because they are "prepper friendly." No, I am not preparing for an apoc experience. I simply like to keep a stock of good food on hand. This ham is safe in the can for around 5 years. If you want to have something on hand for unexpected guests then this is the thing to buy. It's a product of Denmark. Everyone knows that Denmark has the best hams. The price is more than right and the ease of use is, well, easy. Did I mention that I really like this ham?
