*Product conditions with a note of `(Ex-Lib)` are Ex-Library or Ex-Rental. There may be stickers on the product/case displaying the name. The artwork may not be original. The grade of the product is determined outside of normal rental/library markings.

*Product conditions with a note of `(Disk Only)` are products that are suspected to have additional artwork,manuals,etc. that are not included. `Disk Only` products that are sealed brand new will not have this note.

* Product conditions with a note of `(Key-Included)` are products where a (serial,activation,product ,etc.) key is found. Normally applicable to software.

Condition	Description
Brand New	An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing. Product may show some signs of wear on the seal or outside of the piece.
Like New	All componets of the product are inspected and refurbished to like new condition. All discs or tapes included will show no signs of surface wear or scratching. Books are in pristine condition.
Very Good	An item that is used but still in very good condition. No obvious damage to the cover or jewel case. No missing or damaged pages or liner notes. May have very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.
Good	An item in used but good condition. May have minor external damage including scuffs, scratches, or cracks but no holes or tears. For books, liner notes, or instructions, the majority of pages have minimal damage or markings and no missing pages.
Acceptable	An item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears,cracks or holes in box or case. For books, liner notes, or instructions, the item may have some damage to the cover but the integrity is still intact. For books may have considerable noting with pen or highlighter but no missing pages or anything that would compromise the legibility or understanding of the text.
