Fantastic Relief with One Major Caution
My wife has pinched nerves in her neck vertebrae and is in constant pain which runs down her left shoulder. The weight and heat of this wrap soothes her pain to a more tolerable level. The weight of the wrap puts pressure on her uncomfortable area which acts somewhat like a massage without movement. And the heat does a lot of good as well. Excellent product and the only one of its type that has the weight necessary to soothe. HOWEVER....HUGE CAUTION. The first one I got for her, was severely damaged beyond use, when she gave it one too many bursts in the microwave and the beads or grains inside got so hot that they melted a hole in the outer cover and we then had "b-b's" spilled out all over the bedroom floor, which took forever to get rid of, since they rolled everywhere in the room. Stepped on strays constantly for a week (even after vacuuming), until we finally rounded them all upt. So follow instructions exactly on heating in the microwave. In spite of ruining the first one, it is such a good product, for her needs, that I instantly ordered a replacement.

Fantastic Relief with One Major Caution
This does just what I wanted. It infuses deep heat all around my neck and shoulders. Very relaxing and is helping with my neck tension. I was surprised at how heavy it is - about 2 pounds as the specs say. That's OK - it actually helps it stay in place and keep the heat in. But it's not something you'll take with you to use elsewhere. It also takes a bit of time to get warm. they make a big point not to go over 90 seconds. But it does not get warm in 90 seconds. I need to go about 150 seconds.

I tried 3 Different Wraps - this one was the best by FAR!
This is great for those that have migraines with neck and shoulder pain. I hear it up for one minute folded in half and the flip it over and do another minute. I realize it's a bit longer than advised, but when used over clothing, it's perfect. I use an icepack around my head and this to relax my neck and shoulders. It has a lovely lavender scent, so the aromatherapy is nice, light, and not too strong with odor sensitive migraines. The picture is a bit confusing I think, but to clarify, it's one piece with brown soft fabric on one side, and kinda mint-sage green on the other.

Gift-giving ready packaging
Love this! I heat mine up for 90 seconds, some times even 2 minutes (in the winter when it's really Cold). The smell is soothing, but not overpowering like other brands I've tried. I love that the weight is evenly distributed throughout the wrap unlike the ones that look like travel pillows. The heat lasts about 30ish minutes, but just a quick 30-60 seconds reheated will bring it back.

Perfect night’s sleep with this!
I LOVE this pack. Great price and the smell is AMAZINGGGG! I had one before and the beads used to slide around to one side but this one the beads stay all over the pack and heat evenly. The smell is so heavenly, it fits perfect around my shoulders and pregnant belly lol. Definitely going to buy another. I like to have one for hot and cold. Nice and weighted too. Love the little box it came in. Love everything about this.

I have ordered 3 of these so far - Love It! Have ordered other brands - they don't match up. This one smells very good (lavender with a bit of mint - therapuetic but not overwhelming, reminds me of my favorite yoga studio:). The fabric is soft and comfy! The weight of the wrap is just right. The contoured form and seams keep everything in place, whether on my shoulders, or draped elsewhere. First one did get a small leak - but that was my fault. Likely overheated it, or it may have gotten something on it in the microwave that caused small area of damage... now I place on a clean plate to heat. I heat for 2 minutes, and then add smaller increments if I want more heat (depends on your microwave of course). 2nd one was happily "stolen" by my mother-in-law, so I recently bought a 3rd. Perfect for relaxation, sore muscles, and of course warmth! Winters are cold here... I take it to bed with me, and it helps with morning drive to work. Also love using it to walk the dogs - I just place it over my shoulders, under my jacket, and it stays in place:). Will be ordering more soon as gifts!

Love literally everything about it!
As the other reviews have stated, the shoulder wrap you actually receive is green on one side and brown on the other. It has a eucaplytus smell. It also doesn't have the velcro attachment on it. The reason I am giving this product a 5-star review is because personally I couldn't care less what color it is. I care if it works. This shoulder wrap is awesome and feels fantastic after heated. If you want a wrap that's nicely weighted, has soothing aromatherapy, is microwaveable and actually covers a decent area of the shoulders and back, you'll love this. I received mine as a gift and loved it so much I bought it as a gift for a stressed-out friend. If you're emphatic about receiving the 'blue affirmations' print. Don't order this.

Fantastic Relief with One Major Caution
I am perpetually stressed out and I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I absolutely love this thing and I use it a lot. I'll get comfy sitting in bed and sometimes fall asleep with it on, which is amazing for me because I have chronic insomnia. The scent is relaxing and warming it up is simple and quick, so it's not a hassle.

Filler leaks out over time ??
I very much need this shoulder wrap when I’m on the computer all day. I had a similar one before but spilled coffee on it and the moisture ruined it. While I like the shape of this and how it goes down 2-3 vertebrae, it does not hold the heat as long as I’d like (but then maybe I should be standing up every 30 min anyway?) and the smell is not as noticeable as my previous one - which could be + or - depending on your preference But my boss was very intrigued and being a good employee I gave him mine (anything to stave off a cranky boss) and got myself another of the exact same. So yes, I’d buy it again

Perfect for stress relief
This neck wrap has been working well for the past several weeks, between myself and my husband it gets used at least three to five times a week, and is reheated multiple times each use. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering, though I could see it potentially being a little much durning a migraine for some. I have been able to use during migraines though and it has not made me nauseous. The beads stay in place and I have not noticed any falling out at all. Overall would recommend.

Warm
The scent isn't awful, but I don't like it, and neither does my partner, who was the recipient of this as a gift. He has stopped using it completely, and I've found the best use for it is keeping it in the freezer and wearing it while I cook (our kitchen heats up to a very uncomfortable degree). It's very soft and comfortable while wearing and is great to cool down quickly. I have not tried it with heat.

Great little neck/shoulder wrap
Love this product!! From back, shoulder, even rump aches, a couple minutes in the microwave and it’s so relieving. My one comment would be, the instructions say repeatedly not to microwave over 90 seconds. I’ve found that if I do anything less than 2:20 it’s not warm enough to penetrate clothing. We have a powerful microwave but they do vary and if you’re using it on bare skin, 90 seconds may be ample. Use it daily!

Not a fan of the smell
Got this for post-op recovery after surgery. I know you can have bad gas pains in your shoulders, and had heard heating pads can help that. IT WORKS SO WELL. Takes a while to heat up, and the smell isn't great in my opinion, but it stayed in place and has good weight to it, without the bulk - which was nice after surgery. The scent is my only complaint. Very impressed overall!

Durable, pain relieving! Love it!
Once I figured out that I can get this to the right temp at 2 min 20 sec. in my microwave, I am very happy with it. Initially I was afraid of frying it--because directions said to try 20 second intervals which I did not want to have to do forever. It is very warm, feels like moist heat, soft and velour like, good coverage, lasting heat, no complaints. Good to set it on a plate so that you don't get any microwave food grunge on it. (or keep your microwave spotless....) (LOL)

Very Helpful
This is a great product. It warms up nicely in the microwave and the pleasant aroma is soothing. The shape is perfect for draping over my shoulder which was replaced due to a bad accident. The weight of the pad keeps it in place and allows the warmth to travel through my shirt to the shoulder. Easy to wear at my desk. Highly recommended.

Very Nice Comfy Product at reasonable price
I had two broken shoulders from a seizure, lots of pain and tension in the muscles, ice helps but hard to keep on the shoulders. This shoulder “buddy” is great, hot or cold. The size is perfect, and the fabric is soft, the best feature is the weight which keeps it in place.

My Mom had one of these and I used it often. I have others I purchased (from BBB) and they aren't as good as this one. The beads stay in place, it has a nice weight to it, and it retains heat longer than most. I highly recommend.
