Awesome for those that HAVE to eat GF!
Bottom line- If you eat Gluten free every once in a while for any reason, you probably won't be too impressed. Those of us with a real allergic reaction to gluten will love this product! I have Celiac and have been craving the one thing I couldn't find anywhere- gluten free soft pretzels. They take some preparation but if you follow the instructions, you will be pleased. They are quite good. Again, for those that can't eat the real thing. My only problem with them is that I could easily eat half the recipe at one time. Close enough for me. I only salted them and they were very good. Some I twisted into pretzels and a few. made long thick sticks (much like bread sticks).

Do yourself a favor and buy these. If you are GF you will be THRILLED to have these soft pretzels. Not only are they great but this makes pizza crust that is the best I’ve had.

Easy and delicious!
I've been gluten-free for years and have dearly missed soft pretzels--until now! I have found my fix! Not only are they fun to make (and the instructions are great), but they are so good! I like to add garlic ghee and vegan parm to mine. I also cook them a bit longer than the instructions, but I think it really depends on your oven and the size of your pretzels. All in all, highly recommend!

This tasted alright I didn’t realize it was gluten free but I could tell this was a different recipe it’s not bad but I have been using the dough for gnocchi with pasta sauce. I tried making two cinnamon bread sticks and it wasn’t sweet tasting because the sugar didn’t turn to Carmel on the outside it kind of seared it so this has more of a savory flavor good for sauce

My Gf is GF, but occasionally craves soft pretzels and these always turn out pretty good. Very basic and simple to make. I recommend pairing with a homemade beer cheese sauce and watching the Bears lose on Sunday.

It’s so hard to find gluten free bread items that taste good and cook up well! This is a great gluten free mix that baked well with the crispy outside but soft inside. However, it is lacking in flavor but this can be easily remedied by experimenting with seasoning the dough post baking. The yield is also quite large but was able to freeze some leftovers and rebake a few days later with the same outcome.

Pretty similar to regular soft pretzels
I’ve been gluten free for nearly ten years and this is THE BEST gf product I’ve purchased! I wasn’t talented enough to make the traditional pretzel shape so I just made sticks. They are so chewy and delicious! I’m going back to the kitchen to get another right now.

Good Gluten Free Bread Mix
These pretzels tasted amazing!! We followed directions to dip them in baking soda/water combination to help browning. The first batch was not brown so I basted with butter and the second batch was much better looking.

These are dry, but I can literally taste the soft pretzel flavour in them (like I remember before I became gluten intolerant). Even my husband and he is not gluten intolerant likes them.

Taste like the real deal...
I mixed it in the Bread Machine on a dough setting and I unpluged it before the last kneading phase. The pretzels were good and easy to make! Kids loved them!

I’ve been gluten free for over ten years and this is the closest to a childhood soft pretzel that I’ve ever had. Further, we struggle a lot with cross contamination of products and this one seemed to treat us very well. I will buy again.
