This warming plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The scene depicted is clear with no scratches or evident signs of wear.
The top of the original stopper has broken off leaving only the cork to plug the hole. This can easily be replaced with just a piece of cork.
The piece is signed and according to the makers mark is was manufactured between 1937 and 1953.
