Be careful with this seller. Item arrived in pictured box, but was only the scale and a plastic bowl in the box. ZERO PACKING MATERIALS!!! So the scale and the bowl just scraped against each other in the box during shipping. Ruined the bowl. Scratched the scale. The scale does seem to work miraculously, so I did not return it....but I have to give bad feedback for selling this as a NEW scale in an open box, with no packing.
