"I received a notice that the dog leash was no longer available and would I consider another item instead. I selected a small dog ball cap that was listed on the Amazon site at $12.99. I received the hat and it was too small. I also did NOT get a refund for the difference in price. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times and left messages but have never gotten a response."
