TREE IS OBVIOUSLY USED. item stated "open box" then continued with not used box is just open....blah blah. Theirs ornaments in the actual tree then they closed up the tree and re packed it! Their is broken bits and pieces in the box from what I am guessing is from more ornaments. Tree has an odor. This was not just an open box from the looks of it, its a USED RETURN THAT THEY LIED AN SOLD TO ME AS JUST OPEN BOX! THEY REPLIED WITH RETURN IT. THAT'S IT!!!
