When I opened the box I was surprised to discover that the speaker I received was not new, but used. Furthermore, there were no instructions, warranty and safety information included, and some packaging was missing.

This item was at an excellent price point & in good shape. I believe it was an open box return sort of situation. The shades were not a match for described item (probably why it got returned in the first place). The seller asked that it be returned (fair enough) and said they couldn't offer a partial refund (???). A small refund to make up for the shades being wrong would have been the best/easiest solution. Keeping the light and finding the right shades as price was so good. Overall happy.
