I HAVE TRIED 6 TIMES TO ORDER CHARGERS THAT WOULD CHARGE MY BATTERIES (MODEL EPO96FL AND EP096FS) AND NONE OF THEM WOULD SUPPLY THE NEEDED VOLTS TO CHARGE THEM. ALL THE CHARGERS PUT OUT LESS THAN 3 VOLTS. DO YOU HAVE ONE THAT WOULD WORK, OR SUGGEST WHERE I COULD LOOK FOR ONE? CHARGER MODELS # EPSO15, EPOS19 OR ANYONE THAT WOULD CHARGE THE LISTED BATTERIES? PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
