These were listed as "open box" meaning the box was either open/damaged which is what this buyer is complaining about in this feedback. The item specs stated "Condition Notes: Retail box is open - ink is factory sealed" and "Date on Ink Cartridges: 01/2022" and "Expiration Date: 01/2022" The item description also stated "Best by date on the ink cartridges is 01/2022" Thier was also photos in the listing clearly showing the date on the actual ink cartridges. Every compliant / word this buyer has stated in this feedback is fictitious.
