Seller took almost three weeks to shipped the item purchase on May 11th seller shipped it May 29th arrived on June 4th had to purchase this somewhere else due to seller's inability to ship this item in a reasonable amount of time. Also seller did not ship the item that was on the ad but a lesser quality knock off. Buyer beware with this seller also Ebay's guarantee pretty much worthless

I never received my shipment by the first delivery date. I contacted the seller with no response, 1 week after that I contacted the seller again finally got a ship email. Now I have my product, and it 5' short. It's suppose to be 30' but it's only 25' I still can't redo my lounge chair, and the contact seller button is no longer available.

Took more than three and a half weeks for the item to be shipped. Attempted to contact the seller but never received a response from them. Once I make a case directly with EBAY, the item magically was shipped a few days later. I did eventually receive the item but am disappointed in the lack of communication from this seller.

I bought 2 of these. Batteries where full of acid on both. Very poor quality. The lasers didn't work on either one of them. Very disappointed.
