I would NOT say this is good condition. I’m a collector of vintage horror books and though the cover looks clean and has no tears it has a previous owners name written on pages edges and on the back of the front cover. I’m disappointed it’s not in better condition. I would have liked a clean book with no writing or pen marks. I could be wrong but don’t think that was included in the item description. This item should be labeled as fair or good but not very good.
