Books Galore was prompt with message replies and shipping of album, but as with all vinyl albums shipped, I have to always insist that thick cardboard filler padding be used on the (entire both sides) of the albums cover, for a safe damage free shipment as the postal service can be brutal with parcels. Book Galore totally ignored this and just used thin bubble wrap 12" sheets and this (see photos) is what way too often happens to the cover!
