YOUR BLURAY ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. WHEN I OPENED THE CASE, I WAS PLEASED TO FIND THAT THE DISC HAD NOT WORKED LOOSE IN SHIPMENT (as sometimes happens....always scratching up the disc in the process) ALSO I LIKED THE COLOR BOOKLET WHICH ACCOMPANIED THE DISC. DISCS JUST DON'T COME WITH EXTRAS LIKE THAT ANYMORE. A VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER. SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR YOU TO SEE THIS, BUT I REALLY STINK AT DOING FEEDBACK. CHALON.
