My item did not get stuck with customs this time! I made sure to contact them before I purchased and they were really nice about it. They told me that it should be fine now and kept in touch with me along the way. I just got my coffee yesterday and everything is as described. All packaged and quality is great. Will do business with them again.

I did not receive the item because it got stuck in customs but they made it right and offer a full refund even before the item was scheduled to be delivered. Unfortunately, it never made it to me but the communication was on point! Will do business with them again.
