For some reason when I bought one tube at the 99cents store in West Hills, California.I was surprised at the consistency of the primer....I just wear it as a tinted sunscreen even though it isn't advertised to be a sun screen...the color peach blends perfectly and I love it so I ordered three through Ebay since I moved to Arizona and there isn't a 99cent store...there's Dollar General but it doesn't have much in cosmetics.
